This was a nice place with location close to the beach. Plenty of space for our group. The host was super responsive and check-in and out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

It's all about the details and these hosts nailed it! Updated, well-appointed rooms and living areas. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, chairs. Nice glass and dishware for dining in. Great place!

Great location and wonderful property.

Perfect for families, even a larger one like ours (4 young children). Cozy and great location, convenient parking, walking distance to many things you'd do at the beach, and very helpful and nice property managers to work with. Highly recommend and we will visit again when we head to VA Beach in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including beach gear and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt safe and welcoming for our whole family. The hosts made their expectations for check out easy to follow and were a great resource for finding things to do during our stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

After a few year hiatus from visiting VA Beach for the NCHS Wrestling Duals...We were very happy with this stay. The home was clean and a very convient location to the beach and convention center. This location is fairly quiet and family friendly compared to areas that we have stayed previously. We Enjoyed our Stay and would definitely look to book with these hosts again in the future.

Very spacious for the amount of people we had. We loved the balcony! Property owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Loved that it was in walking distance to the beach. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others.

This is our 5th year doing a last week before school starts trip to VA Beach. We always stay in the same 2 block radius for the convience of the location being close to the beach, food and activities. This has been our favorite townhome in the area so far. Booking: Very easy. Detailed and accurate listing. Checkin: They sent us the code well ahead of our arrival and we had no issues. The house, like it states in the listing, is located on the half street so you’ll need to go down the alley. The VRBO app and Google Maps takes you to the house in front on 23rd street. Having your own driveway and garage is very nice. This feels more secure not having your car on the main streets and not having to worry about traffic or tickets.House: The house is very clean and had plenty of extras that made the stay easier and more enjoyable. (Extra kitchen supplies, beach chairs, extra beach towels, etc.) The thermostat is set to 70 which was comfortable and each room had ceiling fans. Communication: The communication was excellent and very helpful. We had no issues and will absolutely stay at this location again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Owners did a great job of communicating expectations, check in/out process, and responded quickly to any questions we had. :)

Overall, excellent accommodations. About a 2 block walk to beach. Beach cart that was provided was excellent. No complaints that homeowners would have to act upon, but the trash and recycling bins were full at arrival, garbage was emptied, but recycling bin was full the whole week leaving no room for additional materials.

German Cousins Beach Trip

Very nice house, very clean, perfect location, highly recommendable! On the top bunkbed the screws were stripped, so we were worried about someone sleeping up there, but there was enough space to take the mattress down. The kitchen sink did not drain well on one side, but those things happen; it is a beautiful place for a wonderful time!

Very Nice Location

We came in town for a funeral and wanted to be in a happier vibe so we chose a location by the beach the location is close to everything just a short walk to the beach. The house was very nice. The only problem is they need additional wash clothes in case the guest needs another one. They didn’t have an iron but they brought us one in enough time to iron our clothes and make it to the funeral on time. Only 5 adults stayed in the house ages 53 to 58 and we had enough space. I would stay here again.

No Regrets

Loved this home. Everything was a walk away. Great location and neighborhood. Loved the walk to the strip and beach. Everyone had plenty of space and everything was clean. They even had a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys for my son. Of course beach towels. I am expecting to become a regular when planning my trips to VA. I honestly do not think that anyone would regret booking this home. The host are professional and nice.

Family Vacation 2023

We brought our family back to Virginia Beach after moving away 23 years ago. It was fun showing our daughter-in-law and grandchildren where our kids grew up. Our house was minutes away from the beach, boardwalk and all the stores and restaurants you may be looking for. The house was large enough for 9 of us to stay comfortably with everything provided to make your stay fun and relaxing. We all enjoyed our time and would have liked to stay longer. We look forward to doing it again!!

Accommodations nice

The location was good, the house was nice and up to date.The only caveat is this is not a house for folks who can't do stairs. The house is 3 levels and the stairs are steep. It is close enough to the beach to walk to but a little far if you are carrying a lot of stuff. We dropped our stuff off in the truck and one person drove back to the house then walked back to the beach. Worked out well

The unit was very clean. We enjoyed the large kitchen. We were here watching soccer matches.. the location of the unit was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to eat, entertainment, and some tasty ice cream

It’s proximity to beach, eateries and local entertainment were all within walking distance for our stay. Enjoyed the ‘air shows’ from the Navy too.

Wonderful place

Everything was great, the only problem I had was the fitted sheet was dirty and stained. But other than that I would definitely book this place again.

Devon- We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the sheets, to be transparent the stain you are referring to was discovered by your guest on the 2nd night of your stay, and one of your guests had already slept in the bed. It appeared that possibly one of the children may have had candy in the bed. Regardless, I personally responded within the hour and brought over a brand new sheet set. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us.
