Le club de plage est un complexe privé et fermé de trois étages. Le Beach Club est un bùtiment en forme de U qui est situé sur le sable, pas de rue ou de promenade qui vous sépare de la plage. Il dispose de sa propre piscine chauffée, d'un jacuzzi et d'un barbecue dans l'atrium spacieux du jardin.

Great Getaway

We love Imperial Beach and this condo is in the heart of all we love about IB. Great view of the ocean and walking distance to so many restaurants. We will be back!

Wonderful Location

Staying in this location was fantastic, being right on the ocean could not be beat. Traveling families should be sure to check and see if there are swimming restrictions for currents and water quality for imperial beach. But for the time of year, we were there swimming was not our intent.

hard to enter garage because 1st step to do was not visible. elevator was hard to access at times because the key was difficult to use.

Not as depicted! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Overall the place was in poor shape, not like the pics. I am not a NEAT freak, however when things are dirty you notice, and this wasn't a cleaning company problem. The furniture in this place was disgusting, dirty, the white couch has visible dirt marks everywhere and we made the mistake of picking up a cushion and found trash underneath, we felt like we had to sit on towels while on the couch. The woodwork around the doors, floorboards was dirty and again we didn’t want to touch. Patio furniture was broken down. Every time you go to park In the garage there is a strong Oder of garbage? The contaminated ocean? Bedding was not good, bad pillows and blankets. Also the thermostat is set that at any given time it goes to 82, if you like to sleep cool this is a problem, want to cool off in the afternoon you have to keep checking it. There is also a large amount of homeless in this area and they are fairly assertive. Makes me question postings and pictures of properties.

Much needed relaxation

The property was very clean. Check in was super easy. And neighbors were all very courteous. Loved the views. So relaxing.

Another great stay in Imperial Beach

Our sixth year coming to this complex to rendezvous with family. This is our first time in this unit. It's got a great direct view of the beach to the ocean. It has most everything you need, except a cutting board in the kitchen, bath soap and shampoo. Compared to many VRBO's we have rented this is unusual to us. However, the family staying in four other units also said the same for their units. Overall, a nice unit. We would stay here again, when we're here again next year.

Great family vacation

We went purely for the ocean stay and the hot tub and pool and let me tell you it did not disappoint we had so much fun watching dolphins from our balcony!!

Nice condo, old building

The condo itself is ok, but for the cost, I expected more. The main bathroom is old and needs updating. The building needs a lot of work and unfortunately they were working on the balconies while we were there which meant we couldn’t use it during the day. We were not notified about this and the workers woke us up in the morning. The WiFi is not good. It’s super slow and couldn’t stream anything. You should be aware Imperial Beach is about 30 mins from San Diego depending on the time of day. The dining choices in IB are limited. You will have to drive to Coronado, Chula Vista or SD for more choices in dining. This condo is amazing for the view! It is right on the beach so if that’s what you are looking for and can overlook the rest, you will love it.

The location is perfect!

The location is perfect right off the beach, you can wake up and go to sleep to the beautiful sound of the ocean waves. Walking distance to amazing restaurants. However it was hard for my family to enjoy the amenities of the rental because it had a really disturbing odor of wet towel. Not sure if this is a common smell for this particular apartment but we have friends stay right across from us, and their apartment spelled fine. The furniture was also very dusty and needs a good cleaning. We weren't able to really feel comfortable lounging in the couches or chairs. So we did our best with putting towels down. We also found and killed hundreds of mosquitoes my husband must have very sweet blood because he has at least 12 mosquito bites and counting. The dishes were put away wet and made the cabinet smell like mildew. But we just washed off all the dishes that we used and that fixed that. We also didn't feel comfortable with the quiet zone and that we really couldn't have friends over to enjoy the beautiful view, because of the lease they make you sign and how you'll be fined for every single thing (read the fine print). Also only one key to the garage gate works, please put a new battery in the garage gate car remote. The building itself can use a much needed update, it has holes in the siding and roofs of the balconies. It is a nice place to stay, but if they address these concerns it will be great. The owner communicated very well. Again I wanted to enjoy my vacation and didn't feel like reaching out to the manager for situations he probably couldn't fix at that very moment. Our family and friends made it better but we were pretty uncomfortable with our stay because of these issues.

Great place to stay

Very beautiful place, excellent design of all rooms, everything you need for the kitchen is there, the ocean view is magnificent !!! A clean and beautiful beach, restaurants and shops are close to our place. There are minor downsides, the jacuzzi did not work in this complex.

EVERYTHING AND MORE!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our weekend at beach suite #209. We were there for the celebration of my daughter's college graduation. The condo has a spacious beautiful living area and main bedroom, well equipped kitchen, and a breathtaking view of the beach, only steps away. Located in the heart of Imperial Beach ample shops, restaurants and recreational activity. We loved the vibe of this beautiful beach town for a family or long weekend getaway. Don't expect late night local entertainment. The town pretty much closes at 9:00; but easy access by car to Downtown San Diego and other happening spots for dining and entertainment. I highly recommend. Hope to go back, myself.

Quiet beach with plenty to see

I enjoyed our Thur-Sat staycation. The rental was right at the beach, offering the beautiful ocean view I was looking for. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The condo was walking distance to the IB pier and plenty of restaurants. The unit is as pictured. The only negative would be the building itself needs maintenance. The building looked run down.

Right on the beach

We have stayed in other units in this building in the past and it has been very quiet, but it was much busier this time. Lots a families with kids. Probably no worse than it would have been at a hotel, but we were pretty spoiled in the past. As with other units, the building is showing it's age. But it is clean and comfortable and convenient for beach and cycling. The ocean is almost always contaminated at this beach (bacteria from the river outflow - signs warn not to swim). But the beach is fine for walking and the ocean still looks beautiful.

Quiet Self-Care Staycation

Rental was even better than what was shown in listing. Closet was filled with beach chairs, towels, beach toys, wagon and boogie boards. Unbeatable ocean views in a great location. Will definitely be staying here again.

Anniversary Staycation

Perfect! Location was excellent- right on the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee & book and watching the sunsets in the evening. Unit was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.
