Un 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain (8 couchages) retraite de plage familiale avec vue sur l'océan Pacifique dans un complexe de copropriété sécurisé avec piscine, jacuzzi, barbecue près de la piscine et parking souterrain. Situé sur une longue plage de Californie du Sud relativement calme. Surf, beach-volley, terrains de basket, aire de jeux pour enfants et pistes cyclables tous facilement accessibles. Plusieurs bons restaurants, magasins locaux et marchés à distance de marche. Un spa à service complet dans l'hôtel Pier South un pâté de maisons. Vélo à Coronado le long du Silver Strand. À une courte distance en voiture de Balboa Park et du zoo de San Diego, du centre-ville de San Diego et de la frontière internationale États-Unis / Mexique.

Amazing views

We love staying at Imperial Beach. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for the beach, great parking, a pool, and views. We always enjoy our stay in this comfortable beautiful place.

THE BEST!!

Great location, great view and the host was so attentive to questions. Having two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom was so nice!! I not only highly recommend it, BUT I WILL be back! ;)

Nice family vacation.

We enjoyed our Monday through Friday stay in Imperial Beach. The beach access was great. The location to shops and restaurants is very convenient. We made the short drive to San Diego bay and Coronado multiple times. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The condo was a perfect fit for our family spring break! We just stepped right onto the beach from the property! Having a secure parking garage and locked entrances to the property helped with feeling of safety in what is already a very nice neighborhood!

Sad to leave

As soon as you walk in this condo , you are hit with a BEAUTIFUL view. I enjoyed every bit of my vacay. This condo has everything we needed towels, coolers toys etc kitchen had everything as well. May need to update beds, plenty of sheets n blankets...I will DEFINITELY be back.

Ocean Views

Ocean views are awesome. Very secure building including parking garage that has two parking spots included for your second vehicle if you have one! Great location to hang out on the beach or just walking around town. No problems with the a/c as it worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again! The host responds quickly to text messages.

Clean, well stocked condo!

The condo has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled in January and therefore did not utilize the beach; however, we did enjoy the beautiful sunsets right outside the complex.

We are really liked the kitchen and balcony, good View! We are had a fun with kids in a swimming pool and hot tub. There are everything for the beach towels, chairs even robe! We are very pleased.

Oceanfront Property

Very enjoyable and comfortable place. Furniture is comfortable, Wi-Fi is good, plenty of dishes, plates, etc., very user friendly. View is amazing from the condo, as soon as you walk in - you see the beach/ocean. Exterior windows are a bit tired due to the sea air. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

An Amazing Place!

We feel so lucky to find such an amazing and affordable place on the beach. The owner was outstanding. Housekeeper responded within minutes. Super easy check in and out. Place has absolutely everything you need. Kind of like staying at a friend’s condo. Going to book our next vacation here as soon as we get home. Thank you so much for an awesome vacation!

Amazing property!

We truly could not have loved this stay more! The condo was great for us and our 2 young kids. The direct access to the beach was amazing! The bedrooms are spacious, the living area is a great open concept. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. It is such a perfect family place. Close to a great playground, delicious cafes and breweries, has plenty of beach toys, and even had a pack n play and high chair! We hope to be back for another stay someday!

Great condo on beach. Has all you need!!

This place was great and had all we needed saving us a lot of money and frustration. We h e been using rentals on this site for years and this one went above to make sure we had a great stay. They let us al sorts of necessities like beach towels, toys and chairs, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, cleaners, seasonings, condiments, etc. this was such a huge deal because when you get to a place hat is bare bones it makes it more expensive and difficult to get by each day. We had one small issue and the owner responded immediately and it was resolved. Great stay and we would stay again.

Amazing property for vacationing family

Loved that this condo had everything we needed for beach trips. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed playing in the sand. Weather was terrible but nothing they can do about that and also a bummer that we were unable to actually go in the ocean due to water advisories again not their fault and other beaches are so close its not a hig deal. They provided everything for beach goers including toys, chairs umbrellas, surf boards, coolers and hats! We did have a problem with AC not working and it was not able to be fixed during our stay but the housekeeper brought us fans to use and because it was cool we just opened the windows at night. I also do wish they had given the condo a better wipe down. The tops of dressers and window sills were pretty dusty and I'm allergic. We also were not comfortable using the washer as it had a smell to it. Otherwise this is a great and super accommodating place to stay!

Fantastic Spot- Even better than advertised!

We stayed here for 10 nights with our almost 3 year old, and it was such a great spot. The pictures really don't do this place justice, and we realized it's because it's been renovated and has new furniture than what is shown. The ocean view is breathtaking and the beach is lovely and quiet. You literally step out of the condo and onto the beach. It wasn't really beach weather in Dec/Jan, but we still enjoyed playing in the sand with all the included sand toys, and going for nice walks. There are several great restaurants close by, and a few great breweries. There are lots of great board games, books and even kids books at the condo for enjoyment- we played several games after our little guy went to bed and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook with. This place was quite spacious for just the three of us, and could easily accommodate a larger family or two groups of friends. While this was in the South end of San Diego, we had quick highway access to everything we wanted to enjoy- the Zoo, the aquarium, Mission Beach, Coronado Island, Shopping etc. Overall a fantastic place- if we ever come back to San Diego we would stay here again!

Relaxing

I did not think i would like the place. We stayed in this complex before but a different condo. It was smaller than the other. It cost less than the other. We fit right in. Has issues with the T.V. a couple of times but that was ok. They supplied puzzles, Games, Beach equipment, wet suits, volleyball, Frisbee and much more. It was a very relaxing stay

Great family location!

Perfect spot for our family of 4. Plenty of provided toys and beach accessories for a great beach vacation. Location on the beach was beautiful and we loved the view from the living room. We also appreciated the high chair and beach wagon for our young children. Only critique was some maintenance issues. We found some mold growing in the clothes washing machine that we scrubbed out and noticed a loose (pulled out) wall receptacle in the kids room that we had to be careful about. Minor issues compared to how much we enjoyed our experience!

My husband and I are native San Diegans. We purchased this condominium to retain our roots in a city we love.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family rented in Imperial Beach Club since the property was first built. It is where my now grown children have the best memories of their grandparents. The picture attached is of my father with my four children at the IB Club pool when they were young. My father's motto was 'invest in memories'. So I did.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Imperial Beach retains the feel of the San Diego my husband and I knew as children. Relaxed, fun, friendly. My blood pressure drops 10 points the minute I turn onto Seacoast Drive. Once you arrive at the IB Club there is nothing more that you need and nothing more that needs to be done. Just open the windows and listen to the surf.
