Bienvenue au manoir Rosebud!

Venez séjourner dans notre grande ferme urbaine située à 10 minutes du centre-ville de Fort. Worth, à 15 minutes du stade At & t, de Six Flags et de Hurricane Harbor et à seulement 25 minutes de Dallas avec accès aux 121, I30, 183, loop 820 à proximité. Cet endroit ne pourrait pas être mieux!
Rosebud Manor est sur 12 acres de terre au coeur de la ville. Nous avons actuellement 2 vaches et 2 alpagas sur la propriété pour vous donner cette ferme du Texas sans aucun travail! La maison a récemment été mise à jour pour vous accueillir, vous et votre famille. Il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde.

Prenez votre café du matin dans les fauteuils à bascule donnant sur le pâturage. Dînez en famille à la table de la ferme et détendez-vous dans le tout nouveau bain à remous!

Beautiful, safe location to stay!

I came down with a group of ladies to attend The American Rodeo. We had 8 in total and had plenty of room for everyone to hangout together, and have their own space to sleep and get ready everyday. The location is easy to access, and absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck in the mornings to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Country Living in the city

We had a wonderful experience in Ft. Worth the house was great. Any issues we had communicated with the renters they were on it. We will stay again if we return to Ft. Worth.

Weekend Getaway

The house and property were absolutely beautiful! The check in/out process was extremely easy, and it was just a short drive to town! My only complaints were that there was dirty dishes in the sink when we got there, and the hot tub was not clean either. Other than those two things we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again!

Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay here as it was perfectly located near my family. Gorgeous home, but flies are crazy!!! No trash cans in the bathrooms, dead flies all over window sills. Horses are gorgeous and friendly! It's definitely a diamond in the rough... Not so great neighborhood... but we were barely home. Perfectly located near Ft. Worth, Dallas and Arlington, which was all our hot spots. Brandi is super attentive! Responded to all texts and available!

Perfect, Peaceful

Great property, we stayed the weekend before Christmas through Christmas Day and had a great experience at this property. It is located in a perfect spot to visit several great attractions.. The Hot Tub addition was a great addition to relax. We took advantage of the game room/bar and also enjoyed the Card Table in its own room. The foosball table was a favorite with children and adults as well. We worked around not having wifi by connecting a laptop to the tv and using our phones as hot spot.. Very peaceful place to unwind and mornings were especially beautiful drinking coffee on the front porch or the table under the large shade tree. There is a park walking distance from the property which was great for kids. The owner visited briefly to let us know she would be coming by to get something from the garage and was very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend this property and we plan to stay again in the future.

Large but needs work on upkeep.

The location is very close to a major freeway & train tracks. The idyllic look of a "country" estate is shattered by the noise level outside. Inside the house thankfully you don't hear it. The grounds are not kept up. Fridge was not wiped down inside. All kitchen utensils are old, mismatched and limited. No trash containers in the upstairs bedrooms or bathrooms. The property owner did respond to most of our concerns within a short time.

Country feel and close to Stockyards/Sundance Square

Wonderful ranch home which served our purpose for a weekend getaway with friends who wanted to be close to Fort Worth Stockyards and Sundance Square. Inside of home was very nice with plenty of space and amenities. Horses were so sweet and well cared for daily. Three items I'd recommend for improvement: 1) front slate steps are crumbling and are a tripping hazard, 2) hot tub needs routine professional maintenance (we spent 2 hours cleaning filter sludge, skimming and shocking with chemicals which were empty), 3) grounds could use some landscape trimming and wasp removal (one stung us walking on front porch).

Hidden gem

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautifully kept property! The house was very warm and cozy, and well stocked with every amenity. We experienced country life in the middle of the city. We cannot wait to come back on a fair weather day to rock on the big wrap around porch, and enjoy our family time again! Cowboys game

Nice property, quiet and very spacious. Plenty of towels in all bathrooms. It was great to find extra inflatable beds and TVs on each room. Kids have a blast playing inside and outside and of course the enjoy the jacuzzi very much while the adults watched games and play cards on the poker table.

Awesome Country Stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Ranch. It is hidden behind the neighbor. It was peaceful, it was nice visiting the animals in the morning. Perfect driving distance to Ft. Worth/Arlington/Dallas.

Great Country Feeling Close to Town

We had ten adults with us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had seven women with us and never had a problem getting ready. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed watching the horse out in the front yard. The hot tub was nice and clean. We loved the location since it was close to Dallas and Fort Worth. We will definitely book here again when we come back!

Peaceful country living in the city

This property was one of the best that I've stayed at over the years of having family vacation! Not only was it conveniently located, but also a spacious and gorgeous home. There was plenty of room and stuff for all of us to do.

Family gathering

The home is very nice and spacious. Perfect for my family if 7. It is in close proximity to lots of local attractions, but is also so close to the freeway that the traffic noise can be heard from the porch and traffic is also viable. Even though it’s set on 10 acres, there is no open yard space. The back of the house where the screened porch and hot tub are faces work equipment. Overall, we had a great stay and Brandi was very responsive. The house was great, but the location and grounds were disappointing.

Everything was so simple here. Easy to get in the gate and door. House is amazing. Everything was beautiful and clean. So much room. I can’t express enough how wonderful this place is!!!

Family time in Ft. Worth

Overall great stay. Brandi was so super helpful and gave us a ton of info about the area. Any problems or concerns I had she responded to. We had a great time and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Rare Find

We enjoyed the weather and the views from this bucolic property. If you want new and modern then it is not the house. The house was idyllic and capacious. It was great fun watching the Alpacas, Horses and miniature Donkeys. WiFi worked well after we figured out the name and password. There are a few items that needs fixing and house was mostly clean except for a few missed areas by the cleaner. Brandi was super responsive. Overall, we would recommend staying here.

Beautiful location

Rosebud manor was in a beautiful location. The house was large enough to social distance. Although we did not have wifi, we were able to play games and most of all enjoy watching the horses run. A lot of our time was spent on the wrap around porch enjoying the scenery. For older family members, please do know that all bedrooms are up stairs. I would definitely recommend this house, especially if you want the feeling of country living even inside the city. There were a few things that seemed to need repairs but overall, it was a great experience and very beautiful home. Thank you for the experience.

Beautiful scenery

We loved sitting on the front porch I’m the morning watching the horses and sunrise. It’s a beautiful place with an amazing scenery. The house was clean, spacious, and the pictures do not do it justice.

Here for the Rodeo!

We had a great time staying at the Rosebud Manor. Great house with a lot of character. The property manager was very quick to get a few glitches fixed when they came up and they were over accommodating to our needs, even letting us keep our sons horses on the property while he competed. I would recommend a stay there if you are in the area!

Beautiful!! Total class!!!

House was magnificent!! Beds were COMFY!!! Neighborhood slightly old but not sketchy. Hot tub spotless. All beds are upstairs, so remember that when you rent if there are older people on your trip.
