The house was perfect for our family trip. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean and felt like home. The golf carts were so convenient for getting around. The area was beautiful for morning and evening strolls. Walking out the back door to your own little oasis near the water was extremely relaxing. We even caught some fish while out there. I would recommend this home to friends and family.

We have stayed in many homes in Sandestin and this was, by far, our least favorite. For what you are paying, they provide the absolute bare minimum like 2 laundry pods for the whole week, single use shampoo/conditioner per bathroom, no hand soap, and zero beach towels. When we checked in, the dishes I pulled out of the cabinet still had food on them and the ice maker didn’t create ice. The house was well decorated but incredibly dark.

Other than our golf cart not working for 2 days it was a nice stay. The upstairs was warm but we just dealt with that. The neighborhood was beautiful.

Excellent Home in Heart of Sandestin

Wonderful experience at the property. Access upon arrival was wonderful. With the 2 golf carts, we never had to use the cars after settling in. The neighborhood pool and hot tub were extremely convenient and nice to have so close to home. We also used the fitness center which was nice and rarely occupied. Would highly recommend.

We always love staying in Laurel Grove at Sandestin! It is the perfect vacation area! This Home was very comfortable and allowed us all to be able to spread out and enjoy our time together. The chairs in the living room are different than the ones pictured. So they weren’t as comfortable to lounge on. Also the outside furniture could’ve used a good power washing. The golf carts are so convenient, however, they are older and do not turn very well. But did the trick to get us back-and-forth to the beach in around Sandestin. We would consider staying here again in the future as our family continues to grow. If you are looking for a large house to accommodate a lot of people this one would be it.

The house was clean & well equipped. Loved to sit out back by the water.it would perfect if you had kids with you. Only complaint is there’s no beach chairs or beach equipment. Loved the house and would definitely recommend it. Loved having 3 king beds! Perfect for 3 couples

The home was well maintained and clean, spacious, and comfortable. We saw wildlife daily and made great use of the golf carts by exploring the entire Sandestin Resort! Although we had slight issues with the air conditioning upstairs and one golf cart being serviced, Beach Blue took great care of us. We would highly recommend this property!

The home was very clean, exactly how described, everything worked properly, etc. We had no issues what so ever. In fact, the golf cart had an issue but when I reached out to the company, they were very helpful, apologetic, and even offered to pay for our ride back to the room through Uber. Easiest rental company to go through. Thank you for a great stay and even better service.

I had to wash my sheets because they had sand in them which let me know that they had not been changed from the previous rental they also had a small blood stain on them. Another bed also has blood stains. There could also be more info in the house to let new visitors know how to get around to different places. We knew in the description that we could drive the cars to the beach but it took us several days to figure out how to get there. We had to drive our cars to the beach. We were told we could park our 3rd car in front of the house but at check in the security said we had to find another place for that car to be parked but there were cars parked everywhere. There should be one rule for every guest

Upon arrival, there were feces on downstairs main bath toilet and hair all over the place. One side of the bed did not have a box spring so there was a large piece of plywood under the top mattress making bed not very comfortable. Golf carts have been very used and was zip tied in different spots to hold it together. We ended up finding the stock pile of zip ties in the kitchen pantry. I hope they don’t charge each customer for “repairs” on them. They are truly rigged to look like there are no issues, but I promise they are. My husband took pics and videos of everything and sent it to the host. The host was very friendly, but for what we paid to stay there we expected an offer of some sort of refund at the minimum and from my understanding nothing like that was ever offered. We have stayed in the Ravens Run area for 16 years straight now and never had an issue. You can tell the houses are starting to age out. I say either upgrade or lower your prices. I understand nothing is perfect, but these are all thing that are very noticeable upon arrival.
