Hale Ka Mahina est niché dans une rue transversale entre Hanalei Bay et Hanalei. Facilement marcher ou faire du vélo à la plage et la ville lorsque vous voulez vérifier les vagues ou prendre un café à la Hanalei Bread Co. Vous n'aurez pas besoin de conduire sauf si vous partez explorer les nombreuses plages de l'île.

Situé à un pâté de maisons du spot de surf Pine Trees, vous profiterez de nombreuses vagues en hiver et de conditions de baignade parfaites en été. La maison dispose de deux chambres king, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. La grande cuisine est ouverte sur une grande salle avec de hauts plafonds et beaucoup d'espace pour sortir et regarder un film. Il y a une nouvelle taille queen, mousse à mémoire, canapé-lit dans le salon pour les invités supplémentaires. La zone adjacente lanai a une vue imprenable sur la montagne, la cascade et le coucher du soleil. Il y a un parking pour deux voitures sous la maison et beaucoup de matériel de plage et de vélos à utiliser. Après une journée à la plage, profitez de la douche extérieure, puis détendez-vous et rendez-vous à bicyclette en ville pour un fabuleux repas à l'Ama ou au BarAcuda, miam!

Fantastic Property

This is a vey nice house. We especially enjoyed all of the outside space. Loved having access to all of the beach equipment and the bikes. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a charming, cozy retreat in a great location. The home feels cared for and is bright and cheery. We loved all of the different outdoor spaces and the openness of the layout. Great for two couples or a small family. The beach cruisers were a huge plus!! I’d recommend checking to see if constructions is going on next door as that was the only bummer for us - the deck is right next to the construction noise which was a bit annoying. Also I’d recommend having a basketball so people can use the court across the street. The TV may need an upgrade soon as it gave us some trouble too.

We spent a week here with our daughter and son in law. It was perfect for our needs. The house is so close to the beach and town that you really don’t need anything else! We had such a relaxing week. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Hanalei!

This place was fantastic. It was clean, walkable to town/beach, quiet and well stocked. We enjoyed reading on the deck over a cup of coffee in the morning, walking to town for meals, hanging out on the beach and catching some waves, and relaxing! Everything was fantastic… we just wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful updated property with an abundance of amenities. We wanted for nothing extra as everything was carefully thought out. Short walk to beach and restaurants are just a bike ride away. Great place and location! We would stay here on our next trip.

My family and I loved our stay. The house was beautifully designed and well stocked. The walk to Hanalei Bay was only 5 minutes. The view from the lanai could not be beat! Highly recommend!

We loved staying in Hanalei and loved staying in this house. Great location. Great decor. Great views. Riding bikes to the beach and to get food was a highlight.

Terrific home within walking distance of town and beach. No AC got a little warm during the day but was manageable. We had an amazing stay will stay here again in the future

Living in paradise

Nothing says more than WE WILL RETURN. Such a magical location and beautiful home. Our favorite vacation spot is Hannalie and Princeville...the real Hawaii is Kauai!

Excellent property!

We spent 6 days in Hanalei at Mahina. The property is super clean and spacious. Everything is modern and the location is amazing - 5 min walk to the shops on one side and 5 mins to the beach on the other. Krisha is amazing, between texting her and the information available on their app, it was very easy to get information on what to do and how to do it.. Will definitely come back here the next time we want to visit Hanalei

Hanalei Trip

This was our first time staying in Hanalei, staying in Princeville in the past. We were very happy with our decision, both location and vacation rental! Nearly everything we needed for our trip was provided (bikes, umbrella, beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, etc.), and the home was everything we were hoping for as well. -Thank you, Krisha!

The Best of Hanalei

Our best Hawaiian vacation. We loved the beautiful home with all the extras like the bikes and all the beach gear that we used everyday. Relaxing and napping on the multiple lanai's to the sound of the rain and the views of the mountains. The kitchen is beautiful and we made a lot of meals here. With the home one street off the beach and the town within walking distance we only used one tank of gas in our jeep for 10 days. We explored the entire island and nothing topped this location. We did a few hikes that were challenging and muddy but so worth it. Hanalei is truly special! The home is truly special! We walked or biked to the beach and town daily which was incredibly relaxing to rarely have to drive. Thank you for offering this incredible home in beautiful Hanalei Bay! Beautiful home

The property was fantastic. The only negative is that there is a section of the highway between the home and Princeville that floods very easily, causing the road to close. (We learned that first hand!) Krisha was super helpful and everything else about the rental was perfect!

Loved our week here!

We had a wonderful week at this property! The house was super clean when we arrived, the layout of the living space worked incredibly well for our family, the floors, kitchen and decor is lovely, and it’s clear the owners/property manager really have paid attention to the details. There are plenty of bath and beach towels, the kitchen was well stocked with basics and cooking supplies, and the house had plenty of cleaning supplies and paper products. I appreciated not having to go out and buy laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. And my kids and family made great use of the beach equipment that was provided - including two boogie boards, a wagon, beach chairs and two beach shade options. I can’t overstate how comfortable the house is - it kind of felt like there was a lanai or some outdoor lounging space outside every room. We loved it here!

Most amazing Hanalei rental!

I couldn't imagine a better rental for our honeymoon in Hanalei! In fact, this may be the best VRBO I've stayed in to date. The house was perfectly appointed with everything we could need during our stay. Not only was the house spacious, airy, adorable and well-decorated, it came everything we could need for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, cruiser bikes and more. My favorite spot was the covered deck where I read every day. My only concern was that it might be too hot without there being AC, but with all the windows open the place aired out and was very cool at night. The location was perfect as well - tucked away from the main road, but walking distance to both the beach and restaurants. If you're planning a trip to Hanalei - stay here!

What a gem

This rental is charming, modern and very clean. We stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved the vibe. The bedrooms were on separate ends of the house which was nice for our two couples. Walk to the beach or walk to town - everything is a 8-10 minutes away. The view of the mountains is incredible. We sat out on the patio drinking coffee in the morning watching rainbows light up the sky. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed (even a juicer for our limes). Outdoor shower is a dream after a long day at the beach. The house has a beach wagon filled with beach chairs and an umbrella. I was disappointed there wasn't a surfboard as previously advertised. Overall, I would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Property

We had an absolutely great week in Hanalei at this property. One thing you can never tell from a listing is how comfortable the beds are, and the beds and pillows in this apartment were really comfortable, including the sofa bed. The beach was a short walk away and we sometimes went three times a day. We also walked to town for lunch and dinner. Tunnels is about 15 minutes away, so the location was great. We had views of multiple waterfalls from the porch, and we were treated to rainbows in the evening. The one downside for me is that the property management company wanted to communicate via an app, and I didn't want to download their app. Fortunately, Krisha was really responsive over text and able to recommend boat rentals, rental car, and help with little things like the wifi password. We also really enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces, especially the front porch.

Great house and location

Hale Ka Mahina is an absolute gem of a place! Krisha (property manager) was super responsive, helpful, and just a delight to work with start to finish. We're a family of four with two teenagers and it fit us just perfectly. It would also be the perfect spot for two couples. The two large bedrooms with large closets and en suite bathrooms came with comfy mattresses and pillows, multiple fans, etc. The beautiful kitchen had all the amenities and supplies you would ever need...including quality cookware, sharp knives and a large island with seating...just fantastic! There was a ton of hang-out space including the dining/living area, multiple small decks and a lanai with a huge comfy couch....all with views of the surrounding mountains. The pullout queen is a legit quality mattress. Lots of beach chairs and toys, a few boogie boards and 4 cruiser bikes to ride into town, down to the pier, etc. There's also a legit full-length hoops court and huge green grass sports fields just 50 yds from the house...a welcome setting when you're done with all the sand and beach activities. I can't say enough great things about the property, location, management and Hanalei in general. If I could give 6 stars, I would. We can't wait for our next visit and will definitely stay at Hale Ka Mahina when we do.

A slice of paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property exceeded our expectations. The place was incredibly clean. The beach gear was awesome- sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, snorkels/fins and BIKES! The walk to town is about 5-8 mins from the place which is very convenient. Truly can't be the location. You are a 5 min walk to the beach- an amazing beach too with great surf for kids and the most beautiful sunsets. The views from the house are breathtaking too. The covered patio is perfect for lazy mornings or post beach naps. Great property and we will absolutely stay again. Just 3 small call-outs to consider: 1.) There is no air condition. The house gets hot during the day, but cools off while sleeping. 2.) The outdoor shower is great, but you are exposed while showering (the downstairs neighbor could easily see you). 3.) There is a tenant that is on the bottom floor of the house. Very nice guy. BUT, something to be mindful of if you have children who run around- likely he can hear all the footsteps. So we were extra cautious about this. We will absolutely stay here again.
