L'été est plus proche que vous ne le pensez. Craquez pour notre refuge d'East Hampton, une maison de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bains, spacieuse et bien équipée. Cette belle retraite est nichée dans 3,5 hectares d'une route privée dans les bois du nord-ouest, à proximité de Sag Harbor, East Hampton et Wainscott. La maison de 3 600 pieds carrés dispose de hauts plafonds, y compris une grande chambre meublée de designers à double hauteur, des ponts à deux niveaux menant à une piscine chauffée, un porche protégé parfait pour le petit-déjeuner d'été, quatre chambres spacieuses - deux avec accès à une terrasse —Et une salle de presse.

Le Post-Modern à deux étages comprend une suite principale en bas avec une salle de bains à double vasque et une baignoire spa et un grand maître junior à l'étage avec une salle de bains avec lucarne, ainsi que deux chambres séparées et un coin salon supplémentaire. Une cuisine de style professionnel, une table à manger spacieuse et un grand barbecue à gaz font de la cuisine et du dîner un délice. Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

My family of four adults and our two friends thoroughly enjoyed this large and luxuriously appointed home for two weeks in July 2025. Elegantly decorated house is situated on a secluded heavily wooded three acres with a beautiful new deck and heated in-ground pool. The large and well equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The linens and towels were lovely and high quality. Location makes it very easy to get to Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Many thanks to our host Herma who was friendly and responsive to all questions and any minor issues that arose. We would gladly book this property again.

just breathtaking

Te house was just as it was listed. It had everything and more to be used, kitchen, bedding, towels, ect. the outside was very beautiful with a wonderful pool. the setting was a very quiet in the middle of a forest. you could not see another house.

Heaven in the Hamptons

Our family just spent a wonderful week in this home and loved every minute. We are dedicated VRBO users and can honestly say this was the best experience we have had to date. The house is nestled in a beautiful wooded setting with no other neighbors to be seen or heard. It was heaven to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the pool, and the decks gave us all room to relax. I can’t say enough about the interior....even more beautiful than pictured , roomy yet cozy , loaded with amenities, spotless, every detail carefully thought out , and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine. The location is perfect, and there is so much to do in this part of the Hamptons and Sag Harbor while gratefully avoiding the mayhem of Main St. Thank you Herma for providing us with the perfect setting to make our family vacation the best ever.

Another Amazing Family Vacation

This is our second year in this beautiful home, and we recommend it without hesitation. Herma is wonderful to work with, and super friendly, flexible and professional. Cant say enough about this great home...gorgeous, comfortable, spotless, well appointed and more like a real home instead of a summer rental. It checked every box for us and is perfect for a family such as ours. We adults had our private space and the kids had theirs....although they claimed the pool as theirs, and who could blame them. Its huge, heated and uniquely designed. Thank you so much Herma, for helping make our 2020 Family vacation the best ever...especially since we feared possible cancellation earlier in the season.

Great getaway equidistant to EH and Sag

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children (5 and 3) and had an amazing time. The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable! For anyone who likes to cook, the kitchen was incredible and offered ample space to prepare meals and had a huge island that our girls loved eating breakfast at each morning. The lay out of the house was also ideal as there was a very comfortable den off the kitchen that was super kid friendly and where we spent most of our indoor time and there were several places to eat meals both indoors and outdoors. The best part of every night was bath time in the HUGE jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom! Pool was perfect for kids as there were 3 large steps to ease into the water which allowed my 3 year old to play and feel comfortable even without her swimmies. The location of the house was also great as we were so close to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor.

Peaceful Paradise

We just returned from a 2 weeks vacation staying in this beautiful home. The house is in the midst of the woods but only less than 10 minutes drive to East Hampton Village and Sag Harbor . The location is incredible, so peaceful and convenient. The house itself is large and decorated beautifully . The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable . The beds and beddings are great . The house is fully equipped and feels like your own home and not a vacation rental . The house does not get direct sun because of its location in the woods but has plenty of windows and French doors to let the light in The best part of the house is the outdoor pool areas. It’s so peaceful in early morning. You can see wild turkeys walking around the property . There is a three level decking. The deck area has plenty of seating for shade and sun . The wood in some areas of the deck is worn and need to be replaced. The pool area is gorgeous filled with colorful hydrangea s and flower pots and magnificent trees. The pool itself is suppose to be heated but the heater broke on our first day and despite the owners attempts to fix it never got fixed while we were there but the water temp fluctuated from 72-79. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful . We loved our time in this beautiful home and 100% recommend it.

Wonderful Family vacation getaway

7 Passing Rd was a large beautifully furnished and fully stocked home that worked well for my husband and me and our 3 children and grandkids who vacationed with us. One of our 3 kids and his family rented nearby but spent the days with us. Our host was totally responsive and thought of what every guest might need which showed when you arrived. Our 2 week stay was perfect in every way.

A little bit of Heaven in the Hamptons

This is our third year staying at this amazing home and it is the perfect fit for our family. It is spacious, well laid out and fully equipped both inside and out. We love the location , privacy , 3 decks and huge heated pool. Our Host, Herma, is caring and thoughtful, and most attentive to all our needs. A Perfect Place for a quiet vacation with Family or Friends

This home provide our group of 4 married couples with a perfect location for our annual vacation. The home was spacious and comfortable. The wooded setting was quiet and peaceful. The pool and outside deck were large and inviting. Everything in this home worked as it should and it was extremely well equipped. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Beautiful, conveniently located, well appointed, very private home.

We were thrilled to arrive and find that the house, location and pool area all met or exceeded our expectations. The layout is perfect for a family of 5 or 6. There is plenty of room so that you can be together, but don't have to be right on top of each other. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and is laid out well for family meals. The high ceilings in the house make it feel airy and the fans (along with central air) keep things cool and comfortable. Herma was a terrific "host". She was very responsive and flexible to any and every request, and even graciously offered an earlier check in and later check out time. When we got to the house there were clear instructions as to all house related issues as well as maps, and local attraction information. She even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy! Outside the pool and patio area is multi level and great for out door dining (there is a grill) and lounging by the pool listening to the easy to use sound system. The location of the house is also great in that it only takes about 10 minutes to get to East Hampton and less to Wainscot and Sag Harbor. It's definitely an easier home base to travel from than many other locales we have stayed, in that there are ways to largely avoid 27, which is a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about this home. The only small complaint my boys had was the lack of blinds on the windows. As the house is surrounded by woods, this is not a privacy concern, but a sunlight in the morning issue. Again, as the house is surrounded by woods, it really wasn't too much of a problem. All in all we loved our stay and we hope to return again soon.
