Nouveau, moderne 4 chambres 2 ½ salle de bain pour 8-10 personnes

Cette nouvelle maison «verte» a été construite en 2014. Il est idéalement situé SOH, à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de l'une des plus belles plages des Hamptons. Il comprend un barbecue moderne sur une grande terrasse extérieure au large d'une cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée, parfaite pour se divertir. Vous pouvez également profiter de sièges de conversation avec vue sur l'eau depuis une autre terrasse située hors du salon. La maison est équipée des dernières technologies de divertissement, y compris un système de divertissement compatible Bluetooth et WIFI (accédez à VOS musiques / vidéos via un smartphone ou une tablette). Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs LCD SMART. La suite parentale dispose d'une douche à vapeur et d'un porche privé, parfait pour une tasse de café le matin ou un cocktail en soirée lorsque vous avez besoin de «temps calme». Great place - great owner

House is exactly as described. Owner communication was top notch as was his response time. House was very well appointed. House was located walking distance to the beach which is key but it is on a major highway and alittle on the noisy side.

Excellent stay in Napeague

My family and I stayed for a week and highly recommend this property. All of the bedrooms are downstairs and the upstairs living area gets great light (and sunset views). The house is well stocked with everything you might need and the owners are very responsive. Close to the beach and not far from either Amagansett or Montauk.

A nice week at the beach

We had a nice stay in Amagansett. The house was great layout for our group. Well equipped. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beach was really nice. Easy to get to montauk, amagansett and East Hampton so we had a lot of choices of places to eat. Host was communicative and easy.

Amazing Beach House!

Gerard’s house is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don’t even do it justice! The house is a very short walk to the beach and is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The location can’t be beat right in between Amagansett & Montauk, with just a short drive to either town. My group loved all the outdoor space and spent so much time out on the beautiful decks watching the sunsets. The wifi worked great, we had multiple people working from home during our stay and never had any issues & had plenty of space to spread out. Overall, we had an amazing time at this house and can’t wait to return!

Very enjoyable stay!

This property is very well appointed. It is very clean, fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-fi, linens and towels provided, owner very responsive to questions. Our family stayed during the off-season and found the rates to be reasonable. We had 7 adults, and there was plenty of space for all of us. A little noisy due to the proximity to Montauk Hwy, but we got used to it. Also, you could hear the waves from the ocean when out on the deck. That was very pleasant. It is about equidistant between Amagansett and Montauk which was nice. Not too far from grocery store and only a few minutes from Goldberg’s Bagels (although the Napeague location was closed for the season in November). We have already recommended this house to friends.

What a wonderful place ! Easy to get in and out of. Four outdoor spaces so you can chase the sun or hide from the sun. Each deck/patio is well seated.Kitchen is well equipped ( could not find the fly swatter for the occasional beach fly ). Interior seating is spacious with all common areas on second level.Comfortable Beds and furniture.Easy walk to beach. Great time of year.A/C and ceiling fans kept us comfortable.Powder Room on Second floor was very convenient.Owner communicated well and promptly. Small issue with door lock was quickly solved.Private.Only thing that would have made it the best.... Coupons for the Lobster Roll Sandwich Shop two blocks up ! ( Yikes )

Loved spending time there with family!

We had wonderful Mother’s Day weekend stay! Spending time with family was most important to me and being in a clean, spacious and comfortable home made it the best. We explored Montauk and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed having a nice dinner on the back deck and all had a good nights sleep. Thanks you to our hosts and I highly recommend staying here on your east end visit. Its the perfect location between Montauk and East Hampton and the Lobster Roll restaurant and Goldbergs is right down the street both right recommended as wel.

The perfect place!

We spent Thanksgiving as a family here. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Super comfortable, clean and close enough for us to take nice, albeit chilly, walks on the gorgeous beach. Communication with the host was fantastic and he was very thoughtful and flexible regarding the check in and out. The house made our Thanksgiving as a family very special.

Perfect Getaway

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a week in November and we could not have been happier. The communication with the owner was fantastic and we even got an early check-in and a late check out. The House was clean upon arrival and was exactly as described. This house had everything that you need with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large group. The location to the beach and hiking trails could not be beat. Looking forward to coming back to this property in the future.

Great Location and great house!

Renting out of season, but still felt those summer Hampton vibes! Gerard was great at checking to make sure we were ok and had what we needed. The house is beautifully appointed and in the perfect location! Walk to the beach- quick drive to center of Montauk. Would stay again!!
