Nouveau, moderne 4 chambres 2 ½ salle de bain pour 8-10 personnes

Cette nouvelle maison «verte» a été construite en 2014. Il est idéalement situé SOH, à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de l'une des plus belles plages des Hamptons. Il comprend un barbecue moderne sur une grande terrasse extérieure au large d'une cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée, parfaite pour se divertir. Vous pouvez également profiter de sièges de conversation avec vue sur l'eau depuis une autre terrasse située hors du salon. La maison est équipée des dernières technologies de divertissement, y compris un système de divertissement compatible Bluetooth et WIFI (accédez à VOS musiques / vidéos via un smartphone ou une tablette). Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs LCD SMART. La suite parentale dispose d'une douche à vapeur et d'un porche privé, parfait pour une tasse de café le matin ou un cocktail en soirée lorsque vous avez besoin de «temps calme». Cette maison de détente dispose de 2 douches extérieures, d'un grand parking et est située à distance de marche de LUNCH-Lobster Roll, du Clam Bar à Napeague et des restaurants Cyril.

Loved spending time there with family!

We had wonderful Mother’s Day weekend stay! Spending time with family was most important to me and being in a clean, spacious and comfortable home made it the best. We explored Montauk and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed having a nice dinner on the back deck and all had a good nights sleep. Thanks you to our hosts and I highly recommend staying here on your east end visit. Its the perfect location between Montauk and East Hampton and the Lobster Roll restaurant and Goldbergs is right down the street both right recommended as wel.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The house was exceptional. All the modern conveniences and comforts. All the decks and patio furniture would have been perfect if we had warmer weather. The beach was just beautiful.

Great place!!

This is a great house and I will definitely be back. There is tons of outdoor space and the living space is huge and great for hanging out. The location is incredible — just a 5 minute walk from a great beach. The house is stocked with everything you need (including lots of beach stuff) and the host was very accommodating and responsive.

A nice week at the beach

We had a nice stay in Amagansett. The house was great layout for our group. Well equipped. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beach was really nice. Easy to get to montauk, amagansett and East Hampton so we had a lot of choices of places to eat. Host was communicative and easy.

Excellent stay in Napeague

My family and I stayed for a week and highly recommend this property. All of the bedrooms are downstairs and the upstairs living area gets great light (and sunset views). The house is well stocked with everything you might need and the owners are very responsive. Close to the beach and not far from either Amagansett or Montauk.

Best home I’ve ever rented

My group has been going out to the hamptons for years and Gerry’s house was the absolute best. The house has everything you could need and is walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will be booking with Gerry again next year!

Amazing Beach House!

Gerard’s house is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don’t even do it justice! The house is a very short walk to the beach and is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The location can’t be beat right in between Amagansett & Montauk, with just a short drive to either town. My group loved all the outdoor space and spent so much time out on the beautiful decks watching the sunsets. The wifi worked great, we had multiple people working from home during our stay and never had any issues & had plenty of space to spread out. Overall, we had an amazing time at this house and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful house !

A couple of friends and I went up for a long weekend. The house has everything you need to relax and cook some great meals with friends and family. Short walk to the beach and Gerry answered all of my questions quickly and easily. Would love to visit again !

Perfect Beach Retreat

Beautiful updated beach home just 5 minute walk to one of Hampton’s best beach. Jerry was very responsive and helpful and his beach house was immaculate and very comfortable for our family. Great location - 5 minute drive to east hamton and Montauk. Only consideration is highway noise from route 27.

Great spot for family or posting multiple friends

we had eight guys out fishing for 5 days in Montauk and this is the perfect house for us because it had multiple beds that allowed multiple people to come in and out during the 5 days. Property is in great shape and recently redone it seems. All new kitchen, floors, baths, etc. We would rent it again.

Amazing location and home!

I stayed in Gerry's home for the week of the 4th of July and it truly could not have been any better! The location is central to everything in the area and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and extremely well-kept, also newly renovated. I would come back and stay here time and time again. Communication with Gerry was also very smooth and he was a great host. 10/10 recommend!
