Ce plan d'étage spacieux et ouvert East Hampton est la location d'été idéale. Cette maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, et une cuisine spacieuse, ce qui rend le divertissement et la détente un jeu d'enfant. La propriété est en retrait sur un terrain calme avec une piscine chauffée gunite, porche couvert, et une longue cour arrière pour les loisirs. Cet emplacement idéal est à 10 minutes de la plage, à 7 minutes des plages de la baie, à 8 minutes d'Amagansett et à 7 minutes de la ville de East Hampton.

Le nouvellement meublé (qui continuera à être amélioré à l'approche de l'été) loge 10 personnes confortablement avec une grande suite de maître king et une terrasse privée ci-jointe, deux chambres doubles et une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Cuisine spacieuse est parfaite pour cuisiner et accueillir des groupes avec un grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière à gaz, et une table de cuisine pouvant accueillir 10. Autres équipements: WiFi, climatisation centrale, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle tout neuf, aspirateur central, deux télévisions par câble à écran plat LED, tout nouveau grill à 3 brûleurs, chaises longues confortables en teck, table à manger en plein air sur le porche couvert dîners), sets de jeu sur la propriété, et plus encore.

Lovely neighborhood house, close to east Hampton

This is one of our favorite neighborhoods out east. Jeff is a fantastic host with really good communication. They also have nearby caretaking services, which are incredible, they helped us out a lot during our stay for a few minor things that popped up. We stayed with a full family of four plus in-laws and a dog :-). We felt very much at home, the pool was really great to have, and you are near downtown East Hampton. Being in the woods out there is one of our favorite things, would love to come back!

Secluded gem with all the trimmings

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful well-appointed home. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the yard is truly lovely. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. We hope to stay again some time in the not too distant future. Very relaxing. Thank you!

Hamptons Escape

This property is a wonderfully renovated bungalow at the end of a private driveway that offered us privacy, yet it is so close to downtown East Hampton. It was spotless clean and was extremely well suited for cooking and entertaining our group of 6. All the bells and whistles from a Green Egg to a Peleton, and everything in between! The owner Jeff was wonderful. We look forward to returning! Thank you.

Lovely Getaway

We booked a stay over spring break to for a change of scenery during the pandemic. It was very nice to be able to bring our pet along. The house was spacious with lovely furnishing and decor. The surrounding area was a bit eclectic with super easy commute to East Hampton, Amagansett and great local restaurants for pickup. Would love the opportunity to stay in this home again when the weather is nice enough to enjoy the pool and spacious backyard!

This is the perfect house! So clean and beautiful, with a great pool and lots of land. Peacefully secluded but still an easy drive into town and to other parts of the Hamptons. Jeff was a gracious host and very easy to communicate. 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay for 10 days. Great location as it was short drive to either East Hampton and Amagansett. Jeff was easy and pleasant to communicate with. Very helpful. Interiors super clean and bright, high end appliances, towels, linens. Tastefully decorated. The house had everything you need to make your stay enjoyable!

Heaven In The Hamptons!

It was really, really tough to leave this beautiful, charming and peaceful home. Me and three friends escaped the city and felt like we won the lottery when we arrived to this super clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious and overly-stocked home. Fully enjoyed the pool by day and fireplace by night! Jeff is a gem. Very kind and responsive, and is really invested in you having a great stay! Already booking our next visit. Run, don't walk, to reserve this oasis.

Great house and great location

This house was amazing! We came for a girls weekend ( 5 women, 40 years old) and had the best time ever! We sat by the pool on a beautiful June day and had the most relaxing, amazing time. First of all - we loved the pics of this house, but in person it was even better!!! Amazing decor and so spacious and comfortable. The location in East Hampton is so close, we were able to get to Sag Harbor and Montauk so easily. The shops in EH were right around the corner. Jeff was so easy and so helpful to communicate with! He was so nice. He really just wanted to ensure you were having a good stay at his place. Can’t say enough great things about Jeff and this house. Not only will the girls and I be back, but I hope to take my family back to this house! My kids would love the pool and swing set on the property. I have rented in the Hamptons for the past 7 years and this is by far the bags house and host I have found yet!

Gorgeous getaway home made to enjoy every part of Hamptons

First of all the house itself has everything: heated pool with all the floats, cozy chic furniture, very clean, outdoor area ideal for dinner, brand new grill, spacious bedrooms, everything. The house is located very close to town in East Hampton, and a quick trip to Montauk or Amagansett. Molly and Jeff are great hosts. Quick to respond leading up to and during our stay. They offered plenty of ideas to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Can’t say enough great things about our stay here - would HIGHLY recommend it!!

Cozy warm house

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff's cozy house. Home is exactly as described. Everything is brand new and you can tell that Jeff and his wife take a good care of the property. Our son loved the swing set in the garden and was really sad to leave. Jeff was really responsive and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend the property and our family looks forward to coming back in the future.

We truly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous home for our family vacation in East Hampton. It's a quick drive to the main drag, wineries and restaurants. The house is tastefully decorated, updated, extremely clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house has all the comforts of home. The rear covered porch on the house overlooking the pool and the yard surrounded by trees is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or dining outside. Plus the owner, Jeff is not only accommodating but warm and welcoming. We definitely recommend this vacation home to our friends and plan on returning again as soon as we can! P.S. The bath towels were amazing

Perfect location for a stay in the Hamptons!

Our family had a lovely weekend at the house! It was perfect for our family's long weekend away. Plenty of bedrooms mean we all slept well in comfortable beds. We had many family meals and cooking was a breeze with the big, spacious kitchen. The living room was super comfortable to sit around the fire and relax in this calming home. The backyard and playset were perfect for the kids to play on and run around in, despite it being a bit on the chilly side. While we couldn't use the pool because of the offseason, we certainly can see how amazing this place would be in the summertime. Dealing with Jeff was a breeze as he was very responsive, gave plenty of information and guidance. Overall, went better than we expected!
