Spacieuse maison de 4 chambres à coucher avec 4. 5 salles de bains, sur un terrain paysager peu profond, en eau salée, piscine chauffée avec grand patio, barbecue et jardin. Grande cuisine avec toutes les commodités, solarium donnant sur la piscine, salle à manger, salon / TV, bibliothèque / salle de télévision. En bas, chambre avec lit queen et télévision. A l'étage, 3 chambres dont la chambre principale avec lit king size, une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et une chambre avec lit queen. Situé dans une région isolée des Dunes, près du marché Red Horse et de CVS, accès à deux courts de tennis en dur et à quelques minutes en voiture du village ou à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage. Home Away from Home

Layout was wonderful with each bedroom having essentially an en suite bathroom. Although we did not use, plenty of kitchen amenities, beach towels, bikes, chairs etc. At the end of the street there is a lovely path through the woods. Large gathering places combined with cozy intimate areas and a wonderful entertainment area downstairs.

Perfect house for perfect family gateway

Our family had a perfect stay. The house was very clean and as described. Location cannot be beat, close to everything. The owner thought about every little detail. Communication was easy. All around 5 stars. will definitely come back.

Excellent communication and comfort

We rented as a family of 8 for our son’s wedding reception nearby. Alex answered all questions promptly. This home is perfectly described. Ample kitchen and rooms with private bathrooms. Incredibly stocked with plenty of beach towels and bikes. Pool area is nicely landscaped and good internet allows for remote work poolside. We were thrilled to find it and sorry to leave it. Enjoy!

Lovely House and Stay

Alex was a communicative and easy host to work with. We had a great time at the house. It’s spacious, well manicured, had an amazing backyard, and game room. The neighborhood was also beautiful and tranquil with a great park located just a short walk down the road. I’d definitely book again.

Hamptons vacation

Wonderful property - felt like home. Very welcoming and perfect location. Just a few minutes to the Atlantic with incredible sand dunes and beaches. Minutes to the charming town of East Hampton with great restaurants and shops and fantastic grocery stores! Definitely coming back

Alex's house was a dream. We stayed for a wedding nearby and it was perfect for the occasion. The space is large and comfortable & Alex made check-in seamless. Would 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful property with great amenities in prime location

This East Hampton property has everything one needs to spend a wonderful time with family and friends, including a heated pool, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, roomy indoor and outdoor living spaces, a game room and more. The house itself is charming and is located in a very picturesque neighborhood. It’s also only a short drive away from the beach and from some of the county’s best vinyards. I would come again, thanks to Alex for hosting us!

Comfortable, beautiful house and pool

Two families with four kids between us ranging from ages 1-8 had a wonderful reunion weekend here. The pool is clean and heated (and shallow! Perfect for the kids) bedrooms are spacious, the house has everything you need to enjoy a summer weekend in East Hampton. The game room was an amazing bonus. Alex was a very welcoming and responsive host- thanks for having us!

Fabulous long weekend!

We were looking for a lovely place to stay for a long holiday weekend and were delighted by this house. It was exactly as advertised, in great condition and perfectly situated for our needs. Alex, the owner, was an excellent communicator and left very clear and reasonable instructions. We rode bikes, swam, and just loved the neighborhood. We’d happily stay there again and highly recommend this rental!

Great getaway for a girls weekend

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Alex's home! Alex was very responsive and was a great host (he provided a bottle of wine to welcome us!). It was a sweet home, conveniently located to all the great shopping and retail. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and all the girls slept well in the house. We also appreciated that the house was welcome to dogs, too. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Getaway Weekend!

Short but sweet girls weekend. The house was lovely, very comfortable, clean and well prepared for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and updated and the location was terrific. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Alex was a great host as well!!

Delightful East Hampton Vacation

Spent 4 nights here with my wife and immediate family. Such a nice home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the beaches and downtown East Hampton. We spent a lot of our time in the charming backyard. The heated salt water pool is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen has awesome modern appliances and there is a separate wet bar with a beverage and wine fridge. There is a lovely sun room that’s a great place to lounge. Alex and his family are phenomenal hosts and very responsive should you have any questions. I think my favorite part of this house is that it’s so accommodating to renters, but you can tell a lot of great family memories have been made there, which is a nice change of pace from some of the other more utilitarian rental properties I’ve stayed at. Will look to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home

Had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location. House is beautifully maintained with updated kitchen and baths. Pool is very shallow but if you bring a volley ball it’s can make for a great game as the whole length of the pool is 3.5 feet. Only small knock is that a flight path is overhead so Friday and Sunday there was low planes every 15 min but Sat had hardly any planes. Overall I would certainly stay here again.

Great house for a relaxing weekend

We stayed here over the July 4th weekend with my parents and brother in law. The house is in a great location and provides a great place for a relaxing vacation. The bedrooms are large and each has its own large bathroom. The backyard and pool are lovely and has a grill and outdoor table. The one thing to note is that there is a neighbor sensitive to noise, so I recommend this property for those who want a quiet, relaxing option. The owner, Alex, is very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions about the house or property. Overall a great place to stay!

Highly recommend! Great location! Close to everything

My friends and I had a great time staying in Alex's home! It is right off the highway, close to the village and beach! The house was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of lounging space indoors and outdoors. The pantry and kitchen is well stocked; plenty of beach towels. Would stay again!

Excellent House for Enjoying a Relaxing Weekend in the Hamptons

The house is absolutely as advertised. Private, relaxing grounds; a well-stocked kitchen perfect for socializing; and a large heated pool. We greatly enjoyed the house.

Beautiful, convenient property

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It had everything we could have needed. The pool is refreshing. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with plenty of chairs/tables. We enjoyed grilling one night and eating outside. The home is spacious with lots of comfortable seating. It has a great and equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed strolling. The location is quite convenient to town. We would definitely return.
