Blue Sol, une maison nouvellement construite, est tout au sujet de l'emplacement, l'emplacement, l'emplacement. Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons du centre Seagrove, à un pâté de maisons de la plage et à quatre pâtés de maisons du bord de mer! Marchez ou faites du vélo partout où vous voulez aller depuis la belle nouvelle maison située à Old Seagrove, dotée de l’une des plus grandes piscines privées, d’un foyer extérieur et d’un jardin clôturé sur 30A. Cette maison a de grands espaces ouverts avec une véranda extérieure magnifique, une salle à manger et une cuisine meublée par Frontgate.

Just Do It!

This place was perfect and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Check in was a breeze, the house was more impressive than the photos, everything was clean, and the location was perfect. We really had zero complaints. If you are considering this house, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect family vacation!

This was our second stay in this beautiful home. ❤️ the location & private pool! Convenient to the beach, shopping and many great restaurants. Our family is rapidly expanding with grandchildren and this home is perfect for family vacations and making great memories as these babies grow. Wonderful family beach vacation

Our family of 6 enjoyed our holiday at your beautiful home. The kids had fun riding the bikes. We really liked that we were close enough to town that we could walk or ride a bike into town. The only negative is the dogs barking next door. This is our second year staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for opening your home so others can enjoy this beautiful beach town.

Just as pictured and more!!

Our week at Blue Sol was very relaxing. The property was spotless and the bedrooms were all well equipped. Our grandsons enjoyed the heated pool each day. The walk to the beach is short and we took advantage of the umbrella and chairs provided. Close proximity to Publix and ordering for lunch. Lots to do and many inviting places to gather in this house. Will definitely consider a return trip.

Location

Great house for 3 adult couples and 3 senior boys. Bunk room is perfect set-up. Property was really pretty. We did have a couple of issues but maintenance was there immediately. Boys could easily walk or ride bikes to restaurants and hang out with friends. Pretty short walk to the beach especially with beach carts (good luck getting them back up the steps to the beach though). Great backyard area with pool, large dining table, and small fireplace. Loved it!

The home is lovely, clean, well appointed. The beds are so comfy, the pool was heated to perfection. From the Sonos sound system throughout the house and back yard to the quality furnishings and perfect location- we couldn’t have asked for more. The 6 bikes were also a fun and useful bonus. Our whole family truly enjoyed every part of the week.

The only suggestion I would have is to do a deep clean when there are a few down days between rentals. I know its tough to get places cleaned quickly between rentals when they are leaving and coming in same day. But, this place could definitely use some baseboard and cabinet wipe downs. Overall - we had a great stay and a great experience with Royal Destinations! We will be back for sure!

November trip

We had a couple of issues with pool heater not working and then algae was so bad the pool was green the entire time. Also, the rented chairs and umbrellas were not there the first morning and I had to call after we had walked down to the beach. Finally, we found cockroaches throughout the house, one of which actually got into our luggage. Overall, we were all very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconveniences during your stay, we always want our guests to enjoy our properties and their stay on 30A. Our Royal team is available 24/7 to help with and answer any questions, concerns, and issues. The pool heat was turned on prior to your arrival but somehow the temperature was set at 65, our maintenance team was at the house to resolve the issue within minutes of your call. We also prorated the pool heat fee and issued a credit. We were unaware of any insect problems and would've dispatched Florida Pest Control immediately. Our beach chair services end the last day of October but guests can add the services directly with vendors. Our beach chair vendors are very proactive with all guests and will resolve any issues within minutes. We were happy you were able to have a wonderful time with your grandchildren and the issue brought to our attention was resolved. We love to have you and your family stay with us again!.

Wonderful Stay at Blue Sol

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 9 loved Blue Sol. Great Location to seaside and the beach. Very clean home. We called maintenance twice (grill & Smoke Detector). They came and repaired immediately. Some things to know - Beach Access has no parking for Golf Cart. Pool was not cleaned twice per week. Bikes could use air in tires, outdoor fridge does not work. Overall a great house and great service. Would stay here again for sure!

Fall Break Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Sol is a wonderful home in a great location. We had ten people in our group and the home provided plenty of room for us. The backyard area was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon snacks and late night talks. The only cons for the house is the lack of items in the kitchen. The skillets have rust spots, there's no blender, and no crockpot or electric skillet; which made it difficult to cook for our large group. Also, the kitchen had NO linens so we used bath towels all week for the dishes and cleaning. All of this wouldn't stop me from staying here again or recommending this property to others, however, just know to be prepared and take items with you.

Blue Sol's kitchen is normally very well appointed. The cooking pots and pans have been inspected and the other items mentioned have been replaced with a new Ninja Blender, hand mixer and kitchen towels. Blue Sol review

This house is a nice large house as depicted in pictures with a nice pool area. Beech access is only a short walk. While having a lot of potential, I only give this property 3 stars due to maintenance issues. The dishwasher did not drain Management was informed. They sent out a repairman who was unable to resolve the problem He said he had been there 2 weeks earlier for the same issue. One of the upstairs showers did not drain properly as well so you did not want to use it. The master bedroom toilet had some sort of condensation drip from the duct work which had been there for some time by the ceiling stain. The pool deck and the driveway were covered with leaves and pine needles our entire stay and appeared to have been there for a couple of weeks . You just really felt this house was not getting proper maintenance compared to other places we have stayed in the past.

We sincerely apologize for the maintenance hiccups that you encountered during your stay. Thank you for letting us know of the dishwasher during your stay. A member of our maintenance team came out and checked the drain line to make sure there wasn’t a clog and also cleaned the filter out and ran the dishwasher. After it still wouldn’t drain, we had to contact a repairman, which ultimately delays the repair. Thank you for letting us know about the upstairs shower and master bedroom toilet. We will certainly let our team know about these items so they can be addressed. Had you let us know about the pool deck and driveway, we would have been more than happy to send someone out to address it. Again, thank you for letting us know of these items and we will pass them along to our team so that they can be addressed.
