The Hammocks features 2 community pools as well as a private nature boardwalk that provides access to a stream that connects to Western Lake.

"Someday" is beautifully decorated and inviting. The large chef's kitchen is outfitted with professional grade appliances and is open to the living and dining area with plenty of workspace perfect for preparing your favorite family meal. The large dining table has seating for 8 and the spacious kitchen island has bar seating for 4. The living room features an open floor plan, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, large flat screen smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family.

A Master Bedroom is on the 1st floor and the upstairs contains a 2nd master, a king bedroom and a bunkroom. An additional seating area is also on the 2nd floor and set up perfect for the kids to chill and unwind after a day at the beach, with a variety of DVDs and games to enjoy. Three porches provide ample space to enjoy the peaceful nature of the neighborhood and the patio provides seating for 4 and a gas grill perfect for those who love outdoor cooking!
