Great host, great property, great location

Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The spacious property was comfortable and conveniently located to all our needs including access to public transportation. Would definitely book here again.

Perfect Place to Stay

We had a great experience staying here. There's parking if you want to bring a car. It's close to two buslines and a subway stop if you don't have a car or don't want to drive in DC. There was only one hiccup and that was the dishwasher was broken. Out host offered to send someone out to repair it while we were staying there, but we declined and asked for him to wait until we left. He obliged us. Also, we had great communication and quick response while we were there. The beds were nice and comfy too. If I had to complain about anything it would have been the general living area does not have a traditional kitchen/dining table so we made do with the living room table. It was only a week, but as a family that eats around a table, it was missed. My fault, though, since there isn't one shown in the listing.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean place and in a great location in the city away from the heavy touristy areas, but close to essentials like upper tier grocery stores, gyms, and good nice restaurants. Loved having a parking space available to access at all times. Had trouble with the wifi at first; however, Darryl was quite responsive and we fixed the issue immediately. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in DC. Owner was accommodating to our early check in and even followed up with us to make sure our stay was going well.

Beautiful place!

This townhouse was so easy to use. The man we communicated with was awesome and always easy to get ahold of. Only negative was the shooting nearby and then another helicopter crime search all in the area…but let’s be honest…it’s DC. Would definitely stay again!!

Trip to DC to See the Sites

The apartment was very clean (like new) and well-equipped & well-supplied. Everything functioned just like at home. I especially liked the front-door and rear-door locks...feeling of being secure and no keys to lose! The location in an up-and-coming walk-able neighborhood gave us a true 'urban' feel; and we quickly learned how to find our way around DC. It was nice to be so close to a main DC thoroughfare; the rear-parking space was very convenient. (As a tip, be sure to bring your TV-streaming IDs/passwords so you can watch TV at night after a busy day os sight-seeing.)

Great condo

Condo was in a good location and very nice. Only suggestion to owner is include directions for operating the TV channels. Could not watch a lot of TV at night.

Beautiful City Townhome

We spent four days in this well-kept, modern city townhome with our adult son and daughter and our 13-year-old grandson. The condo was clean and comfortable with many amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. The bunk beds are great for kids or teenagers and the two larger bedrooms are great for adults. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and/or dinner and the stacked washer and dryer were much appreciated. Our host, Darryl, went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Having a dedicated parking spot out back with its own entrance was super convenient! Overall, this property provided us with a very positive experience in D.C.! The neighborhood was quiet and not far from many museums and other must-see places.

Much better than you think

This property and owner was for lack of a better word AMAZING! Pictures do not do this home justice. The amount of light and open feel of this property is exceptional. If I could have packed the kitchen up and taken it with me I would have. Everything you need and a couple of things you forgot you needed but are there. The two entrances made for easy drop off and pick ups. The beds were comfortable and the desk made it easy to do work. Did I mention the Kitchen :-). If I could give 10 stars I would. My family was reluctant to come due to covid but all worries were left at the door. This property is clean. The neighbors are friendly. There is plenty to do, places to eat/grocery stores. Just a wonderful property. If you're on the fence about this home I can tell you it is well worth the jump.

So much room

We enjoyed our trip to DC especially with the amount of room we had staying in this condo. With a family of four, after a long day of being on the go it was nice to have your own space to relax in. It came equipped with everything you could possibly need. Daryl was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place! It will make your trip to DC much more enjoyable!

Was close to everything, clean and owner was great. It is a newer townhome/duplex type unit and we would definitely book it again. We had one very minor issue and the owner fixed it within an hour.

Nothing short of amazing...

To say this property was amazing is an understatement. It's just as beautiful in person as the pictures show. It was beyond clean, the amenities are perfect we wanted for nothing. It was accessible for everyone. My father in law who took the downstairs master was in heaven, he didn't even want to do much sight seeing. He just wanted to stay and enjoy the property. He even met and talked to some of the neighbors who were also great. My 17 year old was just excited to have his own space and it was perfect for him. Thank you Darryl for a great experience and if you have or decide to do rentals in other states please let me know... I have been spoiled!

Lovely stay

The property was lovely and the photos were accurate. It was very clean, modernized and well kept. It is near a metro stop and a "some-what main road" which made it easy to get around. We had a rental car to do things outside of the DC area so the off-street parking and ease of city navigation were great!

Excellent Stay!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was really clean. The decor was new and very tasteful. The condo is close to all the attractions. Parking is included which is a great plus! I really liked the fact that there were enough supplies of essential products like toilet paper, paper towels, hand washing soap. Daryl was an excellent host and checked in regularly. I highly recommend this condo. Don't hesitate to book this condo for your DC trip.

Great Place! Great Location!

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful condo. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Enough supplies to get us through the week. Convenient to have an assigned parking spot. Great location with a 10 minute walk (and up a flight of stairs) to the Rhode Island metro stop. Owner was responsive to questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Quiet, nice apartment

My husband and 3 children stayed in this apartment to see the DC sights. There was a hiccup with the front door code working at first and the back door isn’t labeled with your house number, but that was basically the only complication during our stay. The place was very clean and well kept. Daryl was very responsive to any questions or issues. The apartment is about an 11 minute walk to the nearest metro. The neighborhood is nice, but half of the walk to the metro is a little sketchy. But we did it many times with no problem. It is also stocked with plenty of essentials - shampoo, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap,etc. Would stay there again.

Beautiful condo close to the monuments

We loved our stay at this property. The place was immaculate. The hardwoods and finishes (especially the upstairs shower) were amazing. There was plenty of space for our family and the checkin process was seemless. The owner was easily accessible but we didn’t need anything. Would highly recommend!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property was built and completed in 2017 and it is one of sixteen duplex condo unit on a very quiet block. The block is constituted by mid to upper class professionals. This unit is one out of the only four duplex units reserved as rental/vacation homes. The rest of the units are very similar, there are two three-bedroom duplex units and two four-bedroom duplex units. the two upper units come with a roof deck that commands a little premium.
These units are very contemporary in nature and the interior shows all the modern amenities, these are a must-see unit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My place is conveniently located, spacious, clean, impeccably decorated and has an included parking spot which is worth its weight in gold! An ideal setup for a large family getaway...I’m a very responsive and accommodating host! My unit is about 2 minute drive to the Metro rail stop and Rhode Island Ave where you can park your car all day for $4.95 and pay with your SmarTrip Card which is so convenient. It’s under 10 minutes total to get to downtown by the White House on the Red Line. There is a liquor store, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Restaurant’s and supermarket for necessities within a few minutes drive or you could certainly walk it. There is no reason to pay more for less with a hotel when this place is nicer than a hotel! Come check it out and enjoy one of the hidden luxury of dc.
