My wife and I stayed here with my son and another family friend for 5 nights. This is an older building with 3 levels. The upper level is 2 nice size bedrooms separated by a bathroom. The middle level is the kitchen/dining/living room and also the entrance from the front and back. The lower level has another living room with bath/bedroom and laundry. Thereâs also an entrance to the lower level. Our friend stayed in the lower level, which gave her the ability to have separation from us when she wanted it. Overall - I was really impressed with the updates done through the whole property. Both baths have been updated and in great condition. The kitchen was quite spacious and nice. All the appliances were high end and I was quite surprised by that. Thereâs parking behind the property - access from an alley. If you have a big vehicle, itâs tricky to get into the space. I had a minivan. Still wonderful to have a dedicated parking space. All the beds were very comfortable - slept much better than I ever do in a hotel. Ruth was also very responsive to questions through the whole weekend and the check-in and out process was way easier than a hotel. Thanks Ruth for a great stay.The location was also great - across the street is an elementary school with a nice playground - easy walking distance. Also good access to main roads taking you anywhere.
