Experience an unforgettable stay in Holy Place, a beautifully converted former Methodist church blending historic red-brick character with stylish modern design. With 5 ensuite bedrooms, spacious open-plan living, a sunny private garden, and space for up to 14 guests, it's perfect for families, groups, celebrations, and longer stays. Ideally located close to Exeter city centre, Holy Place offers a unique combination of history, comfort, and contemporary luxury.
Holy Place has been thoughtfully designed to offer both social spaces for gathering and private spaces for relaxing.
At the heart of the home is a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area where guests can cook, dine, and spend quality time together. The space combines the unique character of the former church with contemporary design, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
The property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across five stylish ensuite bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include five double beds and four single beds, with the flexibility to configure the single beds as king-size beds when required, making Holy Place ideal for families, groups of friends, business travellers, and special occasions.
Outside, guests can enjoy a sunny private garden, perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxing after a day exploring Exeter.
While the property does not have private parking, guests can take advantage of free on-street parking on several nearby streets during designated hours, as well as unrestricted free parking on Clarence Road, Maple Road, and Lawrence Avenue, all approximately a 3-minute walk away. Several low-cost public car parks are also nearby, including Okehampton Road Car Park, Flowerpot Lane Car Park, and Old Vicarage Road Car Park.
