• Living Room: A cozy space featuring a wood-burning fireplace, countryside views and bi-fold doors that open onto a decked terrace with a glass balustrade. Freeview Smart TV and Wi-Fi are included during your stay.

• Dining Room: Ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

• Kitchen: Well-appointed with an electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and patio doors leading to a charming courtyard garden.

• Utility Room: Equipped with a freezer, washing machine, and clothes dryer.

• Gym/Games Room: Offers exercise equipment, along with a selection of board games for indoor entertainment.

• Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable double bed and a Freeview TV.

First Floor:

Despite its idyllic location, Gratton House is conveniently located just half a mile from the quaint village of Whitestone, and the vibrant city of Exeter is a short 4-mile drive away.
