With Magdalen Road right on your doorstep, known locally as Exeterâs âvillage within the cityâ for its charming collection of independant cafĂ©s, delicatessens, wine merchants and artisan shops, youâll enjoy a taste of local life just moments away. Exeterâs historic Cathedral, bustling High Street and leafy riverside walks are all within easy reach, offering the perfect balance of culture, shopping, and relaxation.

Located on the ground floor, you with find the Kitchen/Dining Room: A modern, fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils youâll need, whether youâre preparing a light breakfast or a home-cooked dinner to sit an enjoy at the dining table. You will also find a cloakroom on this level.
Climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find the Living Room. A bright and airy room complete with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with décor combining neutral tones with warm textures, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation after a busy day exploring the city.
Along the hallway you will find the spacious and serene bedroom with a sumptuous king-size bed dressed in crisp, hotel-quality linen and plump pillows. Built-in storage makes it easy to unpack and feel at home.
A sleek contemporary bathroom completes the accommodation featuring a sumptuous bath with integrated overhead shower, heated towel rail, fluffy towels and complimentary luxury toiletries.
Outside, the property enjoys a private terrace, an ideal place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee whilst planning the days adventures with further landscaped communal gardens providing that all important peace and relaxation.
Parking: An allocated parking space directly outside the property is available for guests use.
