The space



This welcoming apartment is located on the third floor of a historic Florentine building without an elevator, making it the ideal choice for guests who wish to stay in the heart of the city.



The entrance opens onto a hallway with an internal staircase separating the sleeping area from the living area, providing a pleasant division of the spaces and greater privacy throughout your stay.



The double bedroom, located in a separate and private area away from the living room, features an en-suite bathroom and provides a peaceful retreat where you can relax after a day spent exploring Florence.



The bright living area includes a lounge with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests.



The true highlight of the property is its private terrace, accessible via an internal staircase: an exclusive space where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors, have an aperitif at sunset or simply relax while admiring Florence’s characteristic rooftops.



Thanks to its central location, the city’s main monuments, museums and attractions can easily be reached on foot.



Please note that the space around the toilet is particularly narrow. The bathroom may therefore be uncomfortable for guests of a larger build or those with reduced mobility.
