The property features three relaxing bedrooms, two with plush king-sized beds and the master bedroom with a spacious king XL bed, all complemented by ample natural light. The bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. The office provides a quiet workspace, complete with a desk and chair. Outside, the large backyard invites you to relax on the comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the fresh air or a twilight barbecue.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Hammersmith, this property offers a vibrant neighbourhood atmosphere. Enjoy nearby attractions such as the Lyric Theatre, scenic walks along the River Thames, and a variety of dining options. Westfield London, one of the largest shopping centres, is just a short drive away.

Conveniently located near Hammersmith Station, you have easy access to the District, Piccadilly, and Hammersmith & City lines. Whether you're exploring the city or commuting, getting around is a breeze. Buses also provide frequent services, enhancing your connectivity.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
