Luxueux et confortable, venez profiter de Londres depuis notre maison. Avec un sentiment de village dans la ville, l'emplacement facilite les transports vers les services souterrains ou ferroviaires de Londres. Un tube ou un train vous emmènera au centre de Londres en seulement 20 minutes!

La maison remonte au début des années 1900 et sa disposition «boomerang» et son escalier en colimaçon unique lui donnent un aspect spécial et ajoutent de l'espace, idéal pour les enfants et les adultes. Bien qu'il ait été rénové depuis, il conserve certaines caractéristiques d'origine, comme la cheminée. Il est commodément renfermé sur le chemin de chemin de fer de Castelnau et est le plus grand des 7 chalets, dans cet endroit très calme. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes.

Charming Location

The property was just lovely and became a home away from home for us. We loved our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the Barens Village area.

We had some initial problems as the property had been left empty for a while with quite a bit of water damage and the roof needed repair, so walls were damp. Things improved after roofers came and heating was on for a few days.

Our host was excellent, as he responded quickly to any and all questions I sent. The description provided in the listing is spot on. It was a wonderful home for our family of 4, with plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. There was breakfast food available in the home upon our arrival, and the bed was very comfortable. Having been to London multiple times, this was our favorite home to stay in by far. The Tube is an easy 10 minute walk from the home. I have nothing but positive comments to say! 10 out of 10 stars!

Wimbledon Get-a-way

We booked this property for a visit to Wimbledon, and it was an excellent choice. It’s in a great location and is easily walkable to the foot bridge and a few nice restaurants, and had great access to Uber and local busses.The house was spacious and felt comfortable to live in. It was exactly as advertised and we would absolutely book it again.

Great Location and Nice Host

The living area is lovely and overall it was a comfortable stay. The towels/linens could do with replacement and the place could use a nice dusting to remove cobwebs, but it was generally good.

This place is a mixed bag. The location is second to none for Barnes--at the top of Castelnau Road within easy walking distance of Hammersmith station. It is affordable compared to other similar sized places in London. The host was attentive and very prompt in responding. The property is not in the best of shape--the bathrooms have old fixtures, bad water pressure and the bedroom doors are flimsy. It smelled of damp when we got there too which improved as the heating was put on. I hesitate to be critical because of the great host. If a bit of were put toward upgrading the bathrooms I would give it high marks.

Wonderful stay in Barnes apartment

A very spacious apartment in a great location. Just a short 20min walk to the Hammersmith tube station as well as lots of shops and eating places. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable.

Nice accommodation outside of London proper

Comfortable home south of the Thames. Just a note: if you are unable to use public transportation Uber rides to central London are pricey because the the Hammersmith Bridge, although very close by, is only open to pedestrian traffic, Would recommend for families with teens.

Fantastic Host and Place

The host Farid, is probably the best communicator and helpful person you will find. The place is tucked away and quiet. It has good access to get into central London an the local area of Barns and Hammersmith has lots to do and some great bars and restaurants.

Great place

We loved this place. There is plenty of room for a small group to sleep and a dining room table and living room where they can gather to eat, talk or play games. Its also a great spot to stay in London without being in the busy center of the city. Easily within walking distance to buses or the tube.

Comforts of home

What a great location for families and for anyone who wants a quite stay. Being so close to the Hammersmith bridge was perfect. I will definitely be coming back. The owner was always easy to contact which was very helpful.
