Not forgetting the beautiful Museum Gardens, along with high end eateries such as the award-winning Star Inn The City and Michelin-starred restaurants Roots and Skosh.

The open-plan kitchen and lounge area is both comfortable and sociable, complete with a Smart TV for relaxing evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most delightful plates, cups and utensils, adding a touch of personality and charm to every meal.

Upstairs, the property features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with bespoke custom headboards that complement the home’s stylish aesthetic. The master bedroom offers a luxurious super king size bed and a Smart TV, along with a full bathroom conveniently located just next door. The second bedroom can be arranged as either twin beds or a super king size bed, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together and benefits from its own en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms feature modern walk-in showers. Please note that there is no WC on the ground floor.

Step outside to enjoy a private, enclosed outdoor seating area - a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The owner has thoughtfully prepared everything you might need for enjoying the space: inside the beautiful olive-green wooden cabinet (decorated with cherries), you’ll find blankets for cooler summer evenings, outdoor glasses and a selection of board games for relaxed nights in.

While parking is not provided, the property’s excellent central location means a car is rarely necessary. York Train Station is nearby and several paid parking options are available within easy walking distance.
