Situated just of "Bishy Road" which is a thriving area of York boasting a great range of independent shops for all your food needs, take away's and wonderful coffee shops, such as The Pig and Pastry, perfect and all on your doorstep. Yet you are only an easy 10 minute stroll along the city walls, over the river into the centre of York and 15 minutes stroll to the famous York Racecourse - ideal.

The house has been beautifully finished - to the first floor there is a shower room which has a good sized walk in shower and 2 comfortable bedrooms, both rooms have king-sized beds, the second bedroom can be made up as a double or a twin and both have plenty of hanging space. On the ground floor the house also boasts a really comfortable sitting area with smart TV which flows through to a spacious dining area, perfect for eating a home cooked meal using ingredients purchased in the fabulous little delis' on Bishopthorpe Road, or tucking into a takeaway!

The dining area leads straight to the kitchen which is really well equipped with everything that you will need, including a Nespresso machine for making yourself a coffee to enjoy out in the south facing courtyard! The kitchen has french doors leading to the courtyard which has a dining table and chairs and a Webber Kettle BBQ, for making the most of the sunny days that we enjoy in York!

Whether arriving by train, the station is either 15 minutes walk, or a short cab drive, or by car, the property has easy access. If you do arrive by car the house comes with parking for one car, a permit will be waiting for you when you arrive, you will find Number 3 the perfect base for your trip to York!
