The New York Loft style building was built in 2021 and provides lots of industrial character.

Based on the second floor of the apartment budling (accessed by stairs or lift)

The apartment itself is split across two floors, giving space and height. Each floor benefits from its own balcony, giving you fabulous views across the rooftops, tree line and The York Minster.

The ground floor of the apartment is home to two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first bedroom has a statement wood, panelled wall behind the king-size bed (which can be split into two single beds on request), sliding doors out onto the balcony and an ensuite with a luxury shower room with a waterfall shower, sink and toilet.

The second room has a double bed with a plush velvet headboard, a picture frame window that looks out to the Minster and a door onto the balcony.

Next door is a matching luxury shower room with a waterfall shower, sink and toilet.

Hotel quality linen and towels are provided throughout.



The staircase then leads you up and around into the apex loft space,

With a high-spec kitchen which includes all the amenities, you need to cook and socialise.

The space has a contemporary 'Wishbone' style wooden table and chair set to sit and enjoy a meal. Bold, brick coloured mid-century style sofas and 55" 4K smart TV fully loaded with on-demand TV.

All centred around the fantastic views that are framed by the large sliding doors onto another balcony.



Located off Bootham, a beautiful tree-lined road leading to the historical Bootham bar as you enter the city of York.

You won't be disappointed by the location of this apartment. Located in the centre of York just off Bootham. One of the finest approaches to the city and just a 200 meter walk to Bootham Bar, Exhibition square and just a short distance further into the city centre, shops and walks by the river.

Being in the centre of York there is no need for a car, and we are a 15-minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car we now have an allocated parking space you can use for free during your stay.



During your stay, you could have the pleasure of experiencing the Minster bell ringers.

The church bell, also known as a Carillon, was the inspiration for the apartment's name.
