Villa Uma is a bright and sunny two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Uma you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Uma is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 1.1 km (roughly 0.7 miles).
You will reach Villa Uma from the street level along a 500-meters (1640-feet) public route that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Uma. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in one of the private parking lots of Praiano (pending availability).
Villa Uma is not recommended for children, because of terraces with low railings and terraces without railings.

Ground FloorTerrace 1 with jacuzzi pool
The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 6.6 feet) with four seats. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a wood bench. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea, of the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a small sofa and an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Roof LevelTerrace 3
The third terrace is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. It is equipped with sun loungers, a swing and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, of the coast of Amalfi and of the gulf of Salerno far in the horizon.
