Guest Number:
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guest on the reservation, please ensure you enter the correct guest number.

Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings. It will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.

ID request:
Photo ID could be required before arrival to prevent fraud. Since the apartment has self-check-in, this helps ensure the safety of all guests in the building. To help make your experience smooth and enjoyable, please take note of the following:

Late Check-In / Check-Out
We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when requested in advance, subject to availability. An additional fee applies—please reach out to our team for more details.

Luggage Drop-Off
We can hold your luggage for a short period on the day of check-in or check-out (between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM) for a small fee. Kindly arrange this in advance.

Bedding Arrangements
Bedding is provided based on the number of guests on the booking. If you require additional bedding, please inform us before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly. Requests made after check-in may incur an extra charge.

Quiet Hours & No Parties
We kindly ask guests to respect our quiet hours and avoid loud music or parties, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents in the building.

Key Security
Please take care of the keys during your stay. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.

Kindly remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7.

The entire building is a Smoke-free area. A cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if smoking is detected.
