The area
This apartment has full view over a reservoir and its wildlife (squirrels, herons, foxes, geese, swans, etc.). Such peacefulness, beauty and clean air are a rare find in London's Zone 2

There is a marina at the other side of the reservoir if you fancy swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, rowing or sailing, though just watching from the balcony (or the seat on the inside) is very relaxing -and fun on a windy day!

There is also a castle that is used for indoor and outdoor climbing and abseiling -no prior experience required as instructors (and equipment) are available

It is possible to walk or run around both the West and East reservoirs to soak in the sorrounding nature

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Manor House Underground Station, and both Finsbury and Clissold parks. It takes only 8 mins to get to Kings Cross / St Pancras International,, 15mins to Oxford Circus and the bright lights of the West End, 20 mins to Victoria and 25mins to Brixton

There are numerous day and night busses which take you into central London and to the broad diversity of the East End

In a residential area with the perfect combination of food stores, cute cafes, restaurants, post office and dry cleaner

The space
There is one bedroom for one to two people, or a couple with a baby or young child, with a futon matress (with a memory foam topper for a soft feel over a firm sleep) on a normal height base with flexible wooden-slats

There is a seat by the window, a closet with shelves and drawers, and full length space with hangers for your use

The living room has a working fireplace, a window seat and a lovely balcony with Truelawn luxury grass, two chairs and a table, to have a meal and catch the sun from morning to dawn -sunsets here are worth waiting for : )
