Lovely apartment located in the very city center of Rome, at a few steps from Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Campo de Fiori.

The apartment is located in a little alley, right next to Piazza della Chiesa Nuova, where you can find a taxi station, a bus station and a supermarket. By the way, the apartment is centrally located, there is no need to use the bus, you can walk everywhere!

The apartment has his own independent entrance (24 steps from the street level), and it is composed by a bright and large living room with a comfortable brand new sofa (convertible in a double bed if needed), 4 armchairs, table and TV. A portable fan is provided during summer. From the window you can see the lateral wall of the church Santa Maria della Vallicella, better known as Chiesa Nuova: built between 1500 and 1600, the church is famous for the fresco paintings by Pietro da Cortona and the amazing altarpiece by Rubens.

The air conditioned master bedroom has a brand new double bed for 2 with a very comfortable matress, wardrobe, dresser and mirror. Right in front of the bedroom is the recently fully restored bathroom with WC, bidet and a XL shower (renovation January 2020).

The fully equipped kitchen has a round table with 4 chairs, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Great location

We stayed for three nights and made the most of this heart of Rome apartment. Easy to get to the Vatican and also to the Collisium. Great restaurants right down the block and a convenient grocery store as well.

Our host Chiara was amazing getting us checked in, providing local resources, and checking in throughout our stay. Apartment had all the basic accommodation we needed and was VERY clean. One king bed, pull out couch and 2 convertible chair/beds worked fine for our family of 4. Great location

What a Wonderful Place!

Chiara is the best! We love this apartment and would definitely stay there again if we have the chance. Perfect location to walk to everything, but also peaceful at night. Can't recommend this place enough.

The appartment was very nice and clean. The manager was very kind and helpful for our stay in Rome. In the appartment you have very useful information about pretty much everything ( grocery, restaurants, shops, etc ..) I really recommend this appartment if you want something close to main attraction.

Excellent location and friendly host

Our host chiara met us to check in and was so helpful as we had many questions and were so disoriented from our flight. She was extremely kind and helpful. Also the place is beautiful, spacious and a great kitchen but the location is the real gem. Not in a noisy spot but right in the heart of the best neighborhood in Rome. So easy to get everywhere and right by taxi stand , pharmacy, grocery store and beautiful small streets to wander.

A very comfortable stay in very well located appartment

Great facilities which covered all our needs.we were impressed with the well lit and quiet appartment even though it was close to via V Emanuele. Given the opportunity we will definitely use the location again and recommend it even for a small family.we also found it a very easy reference point to all the obvious landmarks. Excellent location and comfortable apartment!

We travelled as a family to Rome and stayed in this nicely outfitted apartment. The beds were brand new and extremely comfortable! All of the basic supplies were provided and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Chiara is the most amazing host - supplying us with fantastic restaurant recommendations (all closeby) and most importantly the tours she arranged were outstanding. I would definitely stay in this apartment in the future and I would recommend it highly.

Conveniently located and comfortable

We wanted an apartment in Rome to rent so we could eat in sometimes, as well as walk to most of the sites we wished to visit. The apartment was conveniently located, not in the very best part of Rome, but we certainly felt comfortable and our goal of being able to walk was realistic and achievable. Our host was attentive, available and helpful. We will book there again when we return to Rome.

The perfect location for seeing Rome

The perfect location for seeing Rome. This lovely spacious apartment was right in the center of Rome easy walking distance to Campo de Fiori, the pantheon, piazza Navona. The taxi stand right outside was so convenient. There is also a pharmacy and a market very close. Chiara is a delightful hostess. She arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport and everything went smoothly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A trip to Rome

A small apartment beautifully fitted out for a stay in central Rome. Very near all the main tourist spots, taxi and shops. Quiet , with comfy bed, clean bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. A little chilly the first night till the heating kicked in. Mateo met us with the keys and showed us around when we arrived. Best thing was the apartments nearness to Piazza Navona and the lovely Coralinna restaurant .

Warmth, style, and convenience

Chiara was such a great host. She met us at her flat and gave us the lay of the land with great advice on the sights and neighborhood. Comfortable and Cosy!

The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable, spotless and included all necessary things one would need. Comforable beds and excellent quality sheets, pillows. Great location, walking distance to all important monuments, churches, restaurants, and piazzas such as Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori. The only drawback : locating the aparment at 10:30 A.M. Comfortable, clean and well located.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Casa del’Arco. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location allowed us to walk to everywhere we wanted to go and also provided easy access to dozens of restaurants within only a few blocks. Chiara met us when we arrived and gave us lots of information about Rome. Throughout our visit she was available to answer questions and deal with whatever situations arose. She was a delight. We highly recommend Casa del’Arco.

Good accomodation close to a great shopping and restaurant district

The apartment itself is nice/adequate. Roomy with all amenities required during your stay. Relatively clean given it's older finishes. Upon arrival, you might be put off by it's location but after you settle in and explore, you'll find yourself literally steps away from a wonderful area full of shops and restaurants, bustling with people. Chiara was responsive to all our questions and thoroughly went through an introduction to all aspects of the apartment, district and Rome in general. It was an enjoyable one-week stay.

great stay in Rome

We spent five nights at the Casa dell'Arco and we really enjoyed the place. The location is great: it is close to all main sites in Rome and the apartment is located on a small street which makes it quiet. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus , taxi at few meters away. The apartment is well equipped, clean and conform to description. Really good. On top of that , we really appreciated that way Chiara and Costanza managed our stay , on efficient & reliable manner, taking time to explain and assist. Nice.
