Large house on two levels located on the 1st floor of a historic building overlooking the prestigious Via Maggio in Florence. The apartment we offer for rent is very large (about 200 square meters) and articulated. The heart of the house is the large living room from which you can access the other rooms of the property. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be joined and the third (in the mezzanine) with a double bed. The apartment also has a walk-in closet and two bathrooms with a bathtub or shower. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine and air conditioning. Furnished in a functional and elegant way, preserving some valuable elements such as the magnificent ceiling that can be admired in the living room, this mezzanine apartment will welcome you in the best possible way. Casa Maggio is the ideal choice for a long stay in Florence: here you will find everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
