Welcome to the heart of Florence, where Renaissance elegance combines with modern comfort! This apartment for rent, located in via della Scala, is a real gem in the city center, a few steps from Florence central station.

Just renovated, this space is an oasis of modernity and brightness. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large and airy living room, where a cozy sofa invites you to relax after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to welcome your culinary talents, with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes.

With three bedrooms and a charming mezzanine accessible from one of the rooms, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The first bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the second offers a pleasant single bed. The third bedroom is equipped with another comfortable double bed and offers access to the mezzanine, where you will find an additional double bed and a single bed, perfect for a family or a group of friends.

Loved everything about this stay. Multiple bathrooms very convenient. Accommodations were clean with lots of bed options. Hosts were great and let us drop our bags early. Worth the multiple flights of stairs. Very clean Conveniently located close to train station.

The apartment was nice and it fit our family of 5 well. I was a little frustrated because t didn't provide the attachments needed to use the hairdryers that were provided and I reached out on WhatsApp but never heard a response. We were there for a wedding so the hair dryers were pretty important. It was also an incredibly loud street and there was street noise all night long.

The place was clean. This a place that sleeps 8 people but they only had one key! I read that the hair dryers didn't work in a previous review and when I asked about that they replied that they have hair dryers. They had ones that don't fit in the outlets that they use. They did bring two more hair dryers that did work, the next day. My daughter got unexpectedly sick at about 4:00am and I wanted to check out later to extend our stay by about two hours. The owners would not allow that. They said someone else needed to check in that day. That was disappointing. I thought the location was great and we had plenty of space.

We stayed at this VRBO in Florence for three nights and unfortunately had a mixed experience overall. The location itself was convenient, but there were two major issues that were never disclosed in the listing.First, the apartment was extremely noisy every single night. Between street noise and late-night activity, it was very difficult to sleep. Had we known how loud the area was, we likely would have chosen a different place to stay.Second, the listing described the apartment as being on the “2nd floor,” which was very misleading by U.S. standards. In reality, it required climbing around 60 very steep stairs with no elevator/lift available. Getting luggage up and down was exhausting and unexpectedly difficult, especially after long travel days. This absolutely should be disclosed clearly in the listing so guests can plan accordingly.The apartment itself was acceptable, but the lack of transparency about the noise and stairs significantly impacted our stay. Overall, I would rate this property a 3/5 and recommend future guests ask detailed questions before booking.

The location of this property was fantastic! So close to the train station, which was great. Very close proximity to so many things and great restaurants. There are lots of stairs so people with heavy bags might find it difficult.

Please do not rent from Mmega. They canceled our booking the day before we arrived and told us we could cancel or take another place they managed that was about half the price and two bedrooms instead of three. I texted and gave them a list of other available places that Mmega managed that were comparable but still less expensive and asked if they could give us a partial refund and one of the three that were available. It was after 7:00 PM so I got a message saying the office was closed. On the day we traveled to Florence they responded that they would only substitute the cheaper non-comparable place with no discount or partial refund or we could cancel. Then they removed all of the three places we wanted from VRBO. We booked another place (one of the three we requested that they removed from VRBO) through a competitor vacation rental spot. not the way to run a business.

5 Minutes to the train station and 10-15 minutes in any direction to the top sites in Florence. It was very clean, modern and comfortable for our family of 4 (two teen kids). Would definitely recommend and return next time we're in Florence.

Great day trip to Florence

My family stayed here for one night as we journeyed across Italy. The loft area was a big hit with the kids. The location made walking to and from the train station a breeze, and we were able to walk to all of the other sites we wanted to see as well. I would stay here again.

The location was great. The number of stairs was not clear to me when booking. It was unpleasant with luggage. The apartment did not have a hair dryer which was a problem for my teen daughters. The plug converters provided were not the correct ones. The heat was uneven in the apartment and not enough blankets. It was cold and uncomfortable at night. The kitchen light bulbs were out. Overall not a great stay. We appreciated the convenient location but that was about it.

Amazing Apartment in Florence

The property was located in the heart of Florence, about a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was gorgeous and had everything you could need within a short few-minute walk. The grocery store between the rental property and the train station had everything we could need. Historical landmarks, museums, and amazing restaurants were all an easy walk away. This property fit our party of 8 perfectly and had enough room to relax after a long day of adventuring. Thank you for accommodating our stay while we explored Florence!

Overall excellent. Just beware that you must climb 4 steep flights to access property as there is no elevator available. Rooms, bedding, and towels were very clean (but there were no wash cloths.) Property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Property is a few minutes walk from train station. We would stay here again!
