We welcome you to come and stay at the beautiful Chalet Le Sabot. Located in the peaceful Vallee de la Manche area of Morzine, with the best of both worlds you have the peace of the countryside yet you are just a few minutes drive from the town centre for all the amenities Morzine has to offer.

Enjoy the private garden and hot tub, relax on the terrace and cosy up by the wood burner in winter. We have a very well equipped kitchen with all you need for a self catered stay, including slow cooker, coffee grinder, hot chocolate and milk maker. We can also recommend an excellent chef who can drop off ready made meals, and an excellent wine seller who can also deliver to the chalet.
The chalet sleeps 8 adults comfortably in 4 double bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and an extra wc. Two floor mattresses are available for extra children on request.

The closest life is a 10 min walk or 2 minute drive away and there is a bus stop outside that runs in high season for summer and winter to the lifts and town. Walking routes along the river and up into the mountains can be accessed on foot from the chalet, including a stunning waterfall. There is a beautiful swimming and activities lake a 10 minute drive away, not to mention the swimming, horse riding, tennis courts that are all available in the town, you won’t be short of things to do,

We welcome families and have some books, toys, games, a travel cot and high chair available. We also have a smart tv and some old school DVDs if a movie night is required. We know what a difference it makes for a holiday home to have these comforts for families :)

Spread across three levels the house is perfect for two families to share, for larger families or for multi generational holidays. There is a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining area coming off the main living area, and further decking on the lower floor which the bedrooms open onto with further seating and the hot tub, which is the best way to spend an evening watching the stars with the sound of the river below.

Please note that there are steps down to the property and that the property is located across three levels. The garden is fenced on three sides. There is parking for 2 cars and a garage to store bikes, skis, or any other equipment.
