A great chalet, worked really well for the eight of us, convenient for the bus stop which was just outside the building. Very clean, beautiful views and Tom, the chalet host was extremely helpful. Would recommend.
We had a nice time, the outside swimming pool was very nice. Only thing we missen was a embrella on the balkony, because it was very hot the days we where in Morzine.
Tom was very helpfull and kind hĂš send us nice info for things to do with the kids.
Had a lovely stay in Morzine, property had everything we needed, great views and the hot tub was great after a days snowboarding.
Great communication for chalet manager Tom, he even popped over when we first arrived and gave us a lot of tips as is was our first visit.
Perfectly sized for 2 families of 4.
Well stocked kitchen, useful laundry machines.
Came with the essentials (cleaning products etc),
Hot tub was consistently hot & clean.
Good check in process. Good comms from local agent. Would book again.
Trip away with family. The owner Ian was great with communication and Tom the host was excellent as well.
The chalet was great and the pool and hot tub a total hit. Big uphill walk to the chalet from the village but there is a bus, we just didnât use it. The views are phenomenal. Super having a bbq as well. Chalet is well equipped although
Only thing would maybe be a Couple of fans as the chalet got really hot due to the weather
Morzine itself is fabulous with so much today
Easily one of our best family holidays ever. Beats the beach hands down
We had a lovey stay in this great chalet - we are a family of four with two teenagers and so we had plenty of room. The views from virtually every room and balcony are stunning. We had great weather and so made full use of the beautiful communal swimming pool and then our own hot tub when it was cooler. The chalet has a very well equipped kitchen and so self catering was a good option (it is a drive into town). Only very minor comment is that it does not have internet access despite listing this on the details which did cause us some issues with our teenagers. Whilst doing without the Internet is no great hardship it was a shame that we were expecting to have it and then didn't.
Nice location but a few things could be improved with the Chalet
Chalet Sauterelle is one half of a double house in a larger complex of several chalets, whirlpool is private, pool is shared with several other properties. On warm days, the chalet got really hot and could do with an air con. Generally well appointed with most of the appliances you would need. Parking is an issue since there is only one allocated parking space (in a property with 4 bedrooms), so you are reliant on neighbours agreeing you can use one of their spaces if you have a second vehicle, or parking a long way away. The whirlpool was clean but the jets didn't work well and probably needs a service. The pool area had no shade areas and was generally in need of a freshen-up (several pool recliners broken, pool need cleaning).
Beautiful apartment with lovely views. However quite far from town with bus that only comes every 30 mins so was a bit tricky with skiis. If snow conditions were better you can get the bus directly to Nyon but otherwise itâs 2 buses to get to the bubbles.
Also bit far without a car to go into town in the eve. But very responsive re communication so great choice for those with a car!
