Villa Matilda is an exclusive solution to enjoy luxury vacations in Puglia, in the most charming countryside of Ostuni. The villa is modern in style, with sea views and private pool.
In addition to the pool with solarium, the large outdoor spaces are equipped with outdoor dining area and barbecue, outdoor shower and shaded parking, automatic gate and alarm system with video surveillance.
All the main accessories are present: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet and smart TV, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker etc.
Villa Matilda offers up to 12 beds, plus possible crib on request. Pets allowed.

Villa Matilda stands in a panoramic position, with a sea view and panorama overlooking the Plain of Olives. On fine north windy days, the nearby mountains of Albania also appear on the horizon.

The villa is on two levels.
On the ground floor, characterized by large windows that lead directly to the pool area, the entrance is into a spacious living room in which there is 1 double sofa bed.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 bright and equipped with every comfort double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 large full bathroom.
The upper floor, accessible from both inside and outside.
This floor consists of large living room with 1 double sofa bed, hallway, 1 very bright double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 large full bathroom and a sunny terrace with panoramic views.

Villa Matilda stands in the green countryside just outside the town of Ostuni, a wonderful town with a famous historic center also known as Città Bianca (White City) for its characteristic whitewashed houses and alleys.
All the main services can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car, as can the historic center.
The beaches of Marina di Ostuni, award-winning for its pristine water and the quality of services offered, are less than 8 km away.
Brindisi airport is about 35 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
