Villa Santa Lucia is a beautiful villa with pool immersed in the nature of most authentic Puglia, along the districts that join Ostuni and Martina Franca, the heart of Valle d`Itria.
The dwelling is cozy and equipped with all the accessories to spend relaxing vacations: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets etc.
The kitchen is complete with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.
There is also a barbecue, swimming pool with solarium, outdoor shower and parking area in the garden.

The large garden of Villa Santa Lucia is the highlight of this beautiful property surrounded by a sea of ancient olive trees, Mediterranean vegetation, lawn and aromatic plants.
Thepool area is a true oasis of quiet where you can spend entire days dedicated to wellness and recharging your energy.
Around the large turquoise pool there are the characteristic sunbeds made of local tuff stone, but also the outdoor shower, the gazebo made of local stones shaded with natural reeds, and the outdoor shower corner.
Also made of stone is the barbecue available for the preparation of excellent grills, lunches and dinners that can be eaten in the large veranda overlooking the pool, furnished with outdoor table and chairs and covered with canopy.
From the veranda one enters the house. Here a bright stone vaulted lamia is equipped as an eat-in kitchen, with a dining room and TV.
 
A hallway connects the living room with the bedrooms: here the glass ceiling allows you to admire the fine tuff stone vaults.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with single beds, all with en suite shower room and direct exit to the garden.
 
Villa Santa Lucia is a fully fenced estate with a large entrance gate that allows access to the property with cars.

Villa Santa Lucia stands in the countryside between Ostuni and Martina Franca, just 2 km from the beautiful narrow streets of the historic center of the "White City," which stands in a panoramic position on top of a small hill.
Ostuni, with its medieval town, is a town that enchants: the whitewashed houses, the winding alleys, the little places to taste excellent typical products located along the ancient walls, from which you can admire a unique panorama towards the nearby sea.
The nearest beaches are those of Marina di Ostuni, award-winning for water quality and excellent services.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October. 
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 100 per week, payable on-site.                                   
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
