Casa Bel Sogno is part of Borgo Collevicchi. This restored building was once a farmhouse. The borgo is located on a hill in the heart of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the rolling countryside and the ancient hilltop village of Volterra. The surrounding slopes are covered with olive trees and cornfields.

Our apartment is surrounded by cypress trees and has a landscaped garden. It has all modern amenities and, at the same time, captures the Tuscan feeling with its architecture and design. Enjoy a cappuccino on the spacious benches in the morning sun or dinner at the table with a view of Volterra under the spacious pergola that protects against sun and rain.

Each of the two well-appointed bedrooms has its own air conditioning to provide comfort during the warm summer evenings. To catch the gentle breezes, mosquito nets have been installed on metal tracks so that the double doors can be opened and the little itchy guests stay outside.

The master bedroom has two separate single beds (200x90) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (200x180). This master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (200x150). The bathroom for this bedroom is just across the hall.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, toaster, and ample tableware are provided.

The apartment has a washing machine. Laundry can be air-dried in the courtyard.

The entire apartment is on the ground floor, has no stairs, is barrier-free inside, and has only a low threshold at the entrance.

A panoramic swimming pool makes the borgo a special and relaxing place after a day of sightseeing in Tuscany. The swimming pool (8x4 meters) is open from mid-May to mid-September (weather permitting). You can watch the sun set from the terrace by the pool.
