The interiors of the main villa are distinguished by their bright, contemporary style. The open-plan living room features large windows, elegant curtains, dining table, hideaway TV cabinet, and a charming glass roof overlooking the starry sky, ideal for romantic evenings or relaxing moments.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is connected via a hallway to the sleeping area. Here are 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, air conditioning and blackout curtains to ensure maximum comfort and privacy.
The rooms are 2 doubles and 1 triple, the latter depending on the needs can have double bed + single, or 3 single beds.
Completing the property is a beautiful lamia made of local stone, authentic and renovated, which houses 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ideal for those seeking a more private and charming environment.

Astra is located in the countryside of Ostuni, just a few minutes from
the center of the town famous as the "White City," with its unique
historic center, on top of a small hill.
In Ostuni there are several cultural, artistic and food and wine attractions, as well as all the main services.
From
Villa Astra you can go on a discovery of the most beautiful towns in
the Valle d`Itria and Alberobello, the town of trulli declared a UNESCO
World Heritage Site.
The beaches of Marina di Ostuni are
award-winning, for the unspoiled nature of the sea, but also for the
excellent variety of services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from April to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 67 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro
