Just a few steps from the pretty little beach of Monticelli, on the award-winning Ostuni coastline, Villa Mediterranea is a perfect solution to enjoy relaxing vacations on the sea of Puglia, in a quiet and residential village.
The vacation villa with swimming pool has a large garden with many outdoor spaces equipped for sunbathing, working out in the gym area, relaxing on the sofas in the cool of the evening, preparing excellent lunches and dinners in theoutdoor kitchenette equipped with barbecue.
Next to the pool, on the lawn, there are comfortable sun loungers. A large veranda overlooking the pool is furnished with a table, chairs and relaxing sofas.
The beautiful villa with its modern and sophisticated furnishings is comfortable and cozy: each room has TV, air conditioning and mini fridge, with mirrors in the bathrooms equipped with systems for listening to music connected to wi-fi.
The interior rooms consist of three interconnecting parts , which can be made independent for greater privacy. All have large windows overlooking the garden and patio.
The first part is 1 double bedroom with TV, air conditioning, mini fridge and en suite shower room.
The second part consists of living room with double sofa bed, TV and mini fridge, 1 double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower en suite.
The third part consists of 1 double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning and mini fridge, a full bathroom. This part also has access on the outside side of the villa.
The kitchen is outside, on the side of the villa: it is well equipped, with washing machine, oven and barbecue.

Villa Mediterranea stands in the village of the Monticelli consortium, along with other villas and vacation homes. The dwelling is just 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach with turquoise sea, on the Adriatic Sea.
Guests of the villa can enjoy the various services offered by the consortium, including baby entertainment, tennis, soccer, basketball.
The Monticelli consortium is located on the coast of Ostuni, on the beaches of the Adriatic. The "White City" is just 10 minutes away by car, and in addition to a beautiful historic center waiting to be discovered, it offers all the main services.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Outdoor kitchen only. 
- In one bedroom there is no air conditioning.
- The owner lives on the upper floor but accesses it from another entrance. The villa remains independent.
