Villa Montipuglia is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool and trulli for rent for a dreamy holiday in Puglia, in the area of Carovigno. The villa is a combination of the ancient and suggestive rural architecture of the trullo and the recently-built unit. It accommodates up to 8 guests.
The design villa is equipped with the main accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, electric kettle, espresso machine with pods, hair-dryer and smart tv. Pets are allowed.

Villa Montipuglia is surrounded by vegetation and it`s in a panoramic area, surrounded by dry-stone walls and with electric gate. 
The swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable beach beds, allows you to enjoy a stunning view on the olive-tree valley. Near the swimming pool there are the outdoor shower and the big porch with dining table and a barbecue.
The glass walls open into the villa, which consists of bright and airy rooms, refined and furnished with colorful and design elements.
In the big living room there are the open kitchen with isle, round table and tv and armchairs facing the fireplace. The sleeping area in the villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, two of which can be communicating. The bedrooms have direct access to the garden and a pertinent bathroom.
The ancient but renovated trullo is reachable from the glass walls and it consists of a fourth double bedroom with washbasin and toilet in bathroom, beyond a divider.

The villa with trullo and swimming pool is 4 kilometers away from the city centre of Carovigno, with its services. The beaches on the Adriatic coast are 6 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fourth bathroom is just a service toilet.
