Exteriors and swimming pool
Around the farmhouse there is a large, well-kept garden of approximately 800 sqmt, enriched by various species of trees for shade, including firs, pines, cypresses, entirely fenced with natural hedges and wire mesh. In the part of the garden behind the apartments you can access, via a pedestrian gate, the rectangular in-ground swimming pool measuring 12x6 meters with a depth varying from 0.90 to 2.40 metres. The paved solarium area develops around it, equipped with 10 sunbeds, 5 umbrellas and an external solar shower. The property is enriched by a wood-burning oven, a brick barbecue near the laundry room, games for children, a porch and two gazebos equipped for outdoor dining (near the two apartments "Fiordaliso" and "Orchidea"), a porch equipped with table and chairs (near the larger apartment "Giardino"). All the outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. A manually opened gate leads to the inside of the property where there is a private car park with four covered parking spaces.
Interior
The entire structure (approximately 210 sqmt), made up of 3 residential units, develops entirely on the ground floor and is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and with independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. To the left of the gate and the parking we find the first complex consisting of two apartments: "Fiordaliso" (35 sqmt) and "Orchidea" (35 sqmt), both equipped with a living room with satellite TV, kitchen corner (oven, 4-burner hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, moka coffee machine), a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. From here, passing in front of the laundry room (a separate room, with coin-operated washing machine, ironing board and iron), we arrive at the second complex (210 sqmt) characterized by a large dining room with two accesses to the outside, which can accommodate the entire group with fireplace, electric coffee machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with shower. Adjacent to this, with an independent entrance, we find the "Giardino" apartment which opens onto a living room with satellite TV, a kitchen (electric oven, 5 burner hob, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, toaster, moka coffee machine, dishwasher, citrus juicer), three double bedrooms, one with access to the outside, one with enclosed bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. Only one pet allowed against payment. Coin-operated washing machine provided by the owner. With an independent entrance, separate from the apartments, there is the owners' house.Activities and Distances
Campo Grande is located in the Chio Valley, in Castiglion Fiorentino, known for its scenic beauty and its rich historical heritage, with remains of ancient castles, parish churches, monasteries and small villages. It is part of the farm managed by the owners who produce excellent certified organic products such as extra virgin olive oil, IGT red wine and vin santo. The place is strategic for visiting Tuscany and Umbria: numerous paths, surrounded by the mountains of Pratomagno and the Alpe di Catenaia, suitable for excursions on foot or by mountain bike. Castiglion Fiorentino hosts numerous festivals including an eight-day medieval festival in late May/early June. In the surrounding area, worth a visit Arezzo and Cortona, cities of Etruscan origin, with perfectly preserved medieval and Renaissance buildings with artisan shops, antique dealers, typical trattorias where you can taste typical traditional dishes.
