Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our family was extremely happy with this condo. It was very clean, an easy walk to the beach, and plenty of room for our two teenagers. We would absolutely stay here again. There were enough plates, utensils, coffeemaker, etc. to make breakfast and lunches at the condo, but we ate out for dinners, so I can't speak on pot/pans, etc. It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. From the condo it's a quick walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.

A+ getaway!

The condo was beautiful, the pool incredible and the location can't be beat! My niece and I stayed here for our annual trip, and it was perfect! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location and great amenities

Our stay was fantastic. Clean and spacious, with access to a beautiful zero entry pool (which our kids loved) as well as the beach. And just a short walk to a lot of great restaurants and shops. We plan on coming back!

Beautiful Property!

The location of the property and the actual property itself was our favorite part. The room was great, too! We loved being able to walk to the playground, the pool, the beach, the shops and grocery store, and restaurants!

Great for families

My family had the best time in Hilton Head. This villa was prefect overall. We loved the pool, the access to the beach, and being close to everything in town. It was nice that there was beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella provided. My 3 year old is already looking forward on coming back next year.

Great Time in Hilton Head

We had a great time on Hilton Head Island for spring break. Everyone in the family was able to do their own thing and they all had plenty of things to choose from. And, we even had time together! Great Trio.

Very nice property with an easy check in process. We had one small issue and the property manager handled it very quickly with no problem. We would definitely go back again.

Great place, inconvenient check in/out

You can’t beat the location and this condo was clearly renovated recently so our stay was great. My only complaint would be that they haven’t updated from keys you have to pick up and drop off at a vacation property office to a key code like most other places we’ve rented.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was true to description. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had some minor issues that property management was quick to address. Selena and Dakota were pleasant and helpful. Easy access to the pool and beach as well as walkable to town. Everything we needed for a great month away. We would return for sure!

Spring Break

Overall a great condo - the location was fantastic. Easy walk to the beach and pool. The condo overall was fantastic - it would have been nice if the unit had a few cutting boards. The mattress in the master should be replaced. Overall a fantastic stay and would 100% stay again.

August 2021 family with small children

The property was easy to access, had plenty of parking, and was ideally located for access to the beach , shopping, and dining. The unit was comfortable and well appointed. The beds were just okay. The bathrooms and kitchen were good. The pool was great. We have an 18 month old and a 4 year old. The pool and beach access was ideal for both.

Beautiful condo

The condo was excellent. We had everything we needed to prepare meals since going out to dinner at crowded restaurants was not on our list of things to do on vacation during a pandemic. A big shout out to Seaturtle Getaways for having our condo ready by 3pm and for the prompt service call when our AC was not working up to par. They had a service rep there within 2 hours and it was 9pm...we were pleasantly surprised.

Suited our family perfectly

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed our proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Given that we were close to a public beach access, the beach was a bit more crowded than ideal. The condo suited our family of four very well. The kids had their own room and bathroom. There were a few issues with a slow draining sink, broken TV remote and VERY slow ice maker that have been communicated with the property managers and owners. There are beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys available that were not mentioned on the listing (I would assume their presence cannot be counted on). I would stay here again.

Good and bad

Condo nice, clean and comfortable. No beach towels. How do you rent beach condo without beach towels. Had to buy plus carry on to take home. Can't fit beach towels in suitcase when flying. Pool was wonderful but then closed our last 3 days.

Fall Break at Shorewood

This was our first visit to HHI. Overall, we were satisfied with the property. This is a great location and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very short walk to the beach. The only complaints are that the kitchen is not well stocked; there wasn't enough hot water for us to all four shower (however, I do have two teenage girls); and the lack of vanities in the bathrooms made it difficult to get ready. Those are minor issues and, overall, we were very happy with the condo. Check in was a breeze and we love the location. Very comfy furniture and the layout is good- the living room is far away from the bedroom. We will return.

We've stayed at this resort before and knew what to expect. The only issue with the room was that it could have been cleaner when we arrived. My wife and I didn't think the floors were even touched since the previous tenants checked out. But due to the pandemic, we expected to do some cleaning anyway and everything worked out. The property was the perfect size for us, the grounds and beach access are great and it's always nice to be able to hop right on to the bike trail.

Wish the weather was as nice as the villa!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The number one reason for staying here was the location/proximity to the beach. This did not disappoint. It's a beautiful location with easy access to the beach as well a short bike ride to shops at Coligny Square and grocery stores. While I would recommend some paint to freshen up the walls and an upgrade of the twin mattresses in the guest room, overall the condo met expectations. It was spacious with a stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for meals in.
