Shorewood 130 - Côté océan

Restez côté océan et profitez de nombreux avantages d'un complexe en bord de mer sans payer de prix en bord de mer. Les clients séjournant à Shorewood 130 bénéficient d'une vue sur le paysage et ne traverseront pas une rue pour rejoindre l'océan Atlantique et ses plages de sable blanc. Après des heures de surf, les vacanciers reviennent de l'océan en utilisant la passerelle de la plage privée de Shorewood, puis se baignent dans la piscine en bord de mer ou dans un spa chauffé en saison. La piscine est chauffée du 1er mars au 30 avril et du 1er octobre au 30 novembre. Les tout-petits apprécient leur pataugeoire séparée. Shorewood est un immeuble d'ascenseurs de cinq étages situé à South Forest Beach. Parmi les commodités offertes dans toute l'île Hilton Head, Shorewood se trouve à deux pâtés de maisons du marché de la plage de Coligny, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, de magasins et de divertissements pour tous les âges. Shorewood 130 a un salon spacieux et Internet sans fil. C'est un favori parmi les locataires à la recherche d'une escapade Oceanside avec une grande valeur. GREAT LOCATION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went with my wife, 3 kids and one of our friends. The only thing was there are no ceiling fans so boxfans would have been nice. Mattresses need updated but other than that everything was great. Location, pool beach, unit, close to Coligny.

Bad Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s start by saying it’s a nice place but outdated - it has lots of carpet with lots of sand that doesn’t come up with sweeper... The bedding had huge stain that was urine or coffee and I called to get replaced. The elevator was broke for 3 days and I had to carry all beach stuff down and up unlit steps - called 3 days about garbage area that was not in shoot and area was filled with bugs ... still waiting for a refund adjustment

Prime location but unit really needs updating and maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These units are in the perfect place - steps away from the beach and a very short walk to shops & restaurants. The pool is great too.The unit is pretty dated though, with carpet (at the beach??) and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The queen bed was not comfortable, there are no curtains in the rooms (just blinds) so the light from the parking lot pours into both bedrooms. The toilets are rough to flush - you have to push pretty hard for it to go. The master shower is kind of annoying to get in/out of but isn't the worst. We had to use the washer/dryer due to a toddler accident - I was very thankful there was one in the unit. The washer is quite loud though. The hall bathroom's tub really needs to be cleaned out as it drains terribly slow. And the dishwasher is in dire need of cleaning the filter - it smelled AWFUL. Dishes are 'cleaned' in there....But the location is great, the grounds are well-maintained, love that there is a garage to park, the unit is spacious, the area is quiet, and the pool is really nice.

Exactly as described

This unit is great - extremely clean and well cared for. Bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. As stated in the description, it does not have a view of the ocean, but is more reasonably priced then those that do have the view. Location is fantastic!

Mixed emotions

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice but there was construction taking place all around us. From 9-5 everyday except Sunday made it impossible to enjoy it. We had to leave everyday to avoid all the loud drilling & banging. I wish we would been told this would be happening before we rented.

Great location

This was a great location, beachfront and walkable to restaurants. The unit is a little outdated, but in good shape and very spacious. Lots of good lighting inside. First floor was convenient (even though the elevator was out of order and the nearest steps were being rebuilt) and had parking underneath the building. The balcony looks at the side of the building and the parking lot.

Great location

Overall very pleased with the stay and the space. Upgrading master to a king and the secondary to two full size beds would go a long way. Also the fabric on the furniture could use attention Felt like grandmas house but that isn’t a bad thing. Love the mirrors adds a lot of visual space.

Loved the Location!

This property is nice and true to listing. The location was great! Right on the beach and very close to the Coligny shopping plaza. It also had the best pool of the condo complexes I’ve stayed at on the island. No issues or complaints!
