âą 5th and 6th guests can use the sofa bed: if you are 5 or 6 people please select the exact number of guests for a smooth access as all guests needs to be registered: theres an extra charge of ÂŁ100 per night for the 5th guest and an the same for the 6th guest.
-Higher Floor Access via lift : Enjoy added privacy on the higher floor.
- Sending all guests Passports photos before check in is mandatory.
- We will only release the keys to the person who made the booking unless agreed beforehand.

No Parties, No events allowed, No Smoking
If you party inside the apartment the contract will be terminated and you will be evicted straight away with no refunds and fined ÂŁ1000. Smoking inside the property is subject to ÂŁ500 fine.
Loss of keys is charged ÂŁ250 per key, if you loose a set of 2 keys thatâs ÂŁ500 charge, please donât lose keys as they are special security keys.
âą Wellness Facilities: Guests staying 3 months or more enjoy complimentary access to the indoor pool, gym, and sauna.
