Located just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, the building is perfectly located for anyone looking to get around/explore the City.
Situated on the 1st floor within the building, the apartment is newly refurbished with 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, and a sofa bed - sleeping a maximum of 4 adults and comes with a high chair and travel cot for families.
The apartment is fitted with noise-dampening window glazing which helps to provide a peaceful and tranquil space in the busy city of London.
The apartment is self-contained and located on the first floor within a four-story building. There is NO elevator in the building, so you will have to climb about 15 steps to access the apartment within the building.
The bedroom has a UK double bed (190cm x 135cm) with built-in storage.
The living room is semi-open-plan with the kitchen and has a sofa-bed with camper-style mattress (180cm x 115cm) which can sleep 2 people but is more comfortable for 1 person. (If you require use of the sofa-bed, please ensure you make a request for it to be set-up when making your booking request)
The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and bathtub with shower.
The apartment is located directly above the local fish & chips shop on the street level. The smell of fish & chips will radiate from the shop-floor and so can be smelt from within the apartment and communal hallway of the building. I provide air-freshener in the apartment as well as few plants to help purify the air, but this is something guests should be aware of.
Busy with locals and tourists being just 5-minutes from Paddington Station. Lots of local cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops within walking distance.
