The flat itself is a warm and inviting space, ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. The spacious living room is a true haven, featuring a large comfortable sofa and TV - the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including modern appliances and ample counter space.
When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms waiting for you. The master bedroom boasts a plush double bed and large wardrobe for storage. The second bedroom, with its two single beds, is equally comfortable and cosy.
The full bathroom offers a rejuvenating shower to refresh and revive. But one of the highlights is the private balcony, complete with a table and chairs - your own delightful urban oasis for your morning coffee and alfresco dining, or simply enjoying the ambiance of Little Venice.

We want to inform all guests that scaffolding will be installed starting the first week of March as part of a project to replace all the buildingâs windows. According to the building management/council, the work is expected to take several months and may continue until the end of 2025. However, they have assured us that there will be minimal disruption to residents and guests.
During this time we suggest not to use the balcony at the property
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. Enjoy a comfortable, well-equipped space designed to make extended stays both productive and relaxing. With amenities tailored to meet your needs, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, ensuring a memorable and hassle-free long-term experience.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
