Newly refurbished, lower ground floor one-bedroom apartment. Clean, modern with minimal decor, the appartmenthas everything you need for a short/long break in the heart of London. Close to restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies and only 5 minutes walk from the transportation hubs of Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Hyde Park is less than 5 mins walk while the beautiful area of Notting Hill and the Grand Union canal are just 10mins by foot. You will have easy access to West End theaters bars and restaurants while the East Part of town has now come closer with the Elizabeth Line; only 10mins away!

Perfect stay!

We had a great stay in this apartment and in London. It is accurately described in the listing and was very clean and bright. It had everything we needed so it was a relaxing place to come home to at night. Communicating with the owner was easy and she always responded quickly. She even went out of her way to get something for us that we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment and the location was so convenient to get to two Underground Stations.

The location is very convenient for travelers - straight ride from the airport to one of the central train stations from where you can get anywhere in the city.

Perfect Flat!!

This was the perfect flat for our trip to London. It was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the subway. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our hostess made us feel so welcome and gave us restaurant recommendations and tips. We would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Safe neighbourhood, supermarket and restaurants nearby, tube station moments away. The host was great - she even came over quickly to help us with an issue as we were off late to meet our trains. Highly recommend!

Quick stay near Paddington Station

Enjoyed this basement apt in a great area for quick work trip. Near Paddington station and Hyde Park. Had more room than hotel and felt cozier in residential neighborhood.

The Perfect Place

We just loved everything about this place. It was cute, clean, updated, close to train stations and Hyde Park. The host was amazingly helpful and accommodating. We felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely be recommending this to friends!

Most amazing place!

Our stay at this location was literally perfect. All the amenities you’d need, and a 7 min walk to Paddington station. From there you can get anywhere! Also so close to Hyde Park it feels just perfect being a part of the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location, excellent kitchen

We love to cook so we definitely loved this place. Great access to the tube. Our only challenge was navigating Paddington Station as there are many exits. But that was on us!

We just came back from London, the location of the flat was fantastic, 2 major Tube stations close by, supermarkets, and restaurants. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit this city.

Great London stay

Maggie’s flat is terrific! Great location easy to access all London landmarks. Maggie is a responsive host but really there were no problems at all. The flat is exactly as advertised and is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great location and comfortable apartment.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed in this apartment. The bed is the only thing we could fault as it was hard to get in and out of, with no room either side. Apart from that, it was great.

Great stay in Paddington area near the park

My wife and I spent two nights in London as a last destination after a two week trip through Europe, and we really enjoyed the place. The condo was very clean and ready for us before the check in time. The location is great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown areas and it was just a few blocks from the train station and Hyde Park. The bedroom is small but the bed was comfortable Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Maggie's flat was easy to find and fit our needs perfectly. She was quick to reply to any questions during the stay too. Best of all the flat was just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

The location was perfect. away from the noisy tourist parts, but a short walk to the tub and 10 minutes by tube anywhere you wanted to go. Lots of services near the apartment to stock up on food and snacks. The apartment was well outfitted and very comfortable. The host was very helpful and worked with our particular situation perfectly. Always very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend a short or long time in london.

London apartment-Convenient location

This is a conveniently located London apartment for visitors who want easy walking to Hyde Park and surrounding areas. The host was attentive and very pleasant. The Pros: the apartment is in a great location and we found it to be clean with quality bed and bath linens. The bed pillows were nice quality and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics. The cons: the apartment was not very comfortable for our needs. One of us slept on the futon and one on the bed. The futon was tolerable and the bed was possibly comfortable if you like a very firm mattress. The apartment photos show two comfortable looking living room chairs. Those are no longer in this apartment. The one chair in the living room is not comfortable at all, so we just could not relax there. Though this was not advertised, a really nice addition would be to add a device attached to the TV to stream Netflix or other channels. I will share this and some other input with the hostess. It won’t take much improvement to make this a really great choice.

5 days in London

Once we found this flat we enjoyed it very much. The address over the main door was faint so we ended waking up and down the street a few times. It is close to Kensington palace park , close to the tube. It felt like staying in a neighborhood. The one thing I miss as compared to a hotel is there is no one at the desk to ask questions. Also some flyers and tube/bus info would be nice.
