Great location, Spacious condo. I would suggest a mirror in the hallway. But of course it's not a deal breaker. Condo comes with 2 chairs, but we took our own. You come at 8 am to reserve your chairs for the day, but only get the 4th row. But there are plenty of open chairs throughout the day in the 1/2 row. Those chair boys are not very pleasant and are very arrogant. But it has nothing to do with the owners. We took our chairs and put them closer to water. The kitchen was well equipped Balcony had enough chairs / space for the whole family to have a meal.Very happy overall.

The location is perfect distance to be able to walk straight to the beach or even nearby restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit provides close access to the sky bridge and access to an elevator that goes only to the third floor. Great location and view! The only "negative" (which really is only personal preference) is that the furniture seemed to be a bit broken down and old making the furniture uncomforable. The unit is clean, updated, and is a great location for a family trip to PCB. We love staying at the Aqua. Easy parking reservations. Easy check in/out process. Great stay!

Our only concerns were the hall bathroom door did not lock and a lack of blankets for the beds. We did have some drainage issues in one of the bathroom tubs and then in other bathroom the trim and molding was scuffed up and aged. Great location to restaurants and entertainment! Parking garage was completely full one night and had to call security to get a different passcode to park in the basement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was lovely. Awesome location, convenient restaurants and bars, and the pool was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The tub was glorious. Our only complaint would be that the resort uses orange rubber bands for the umbrellas they rent out, and every morning we found hundreds of them littered on the beach. There needs to be some responsibility by the owners to use sustainable options that won’t allow trashy options on the beach.

Spring Break

We have been coming to Spring & Fall break and staying at The Aqua for several years now, and would never stay anywhere else. We love it and the staff that much! Robin's customer service is bar none. Every unit is thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. Thank you, again, for another wonderful vacation; we can't wait to return in October for Fall Break!!

Nice Get Away

The beds slept good. The master bedroom needs the fan replaced. Any time you want to use it, it would make a knock noise. also if you was a lighter sleeper you can hear the traffic flow throughout the night. The balcony was spacious and caught a nice breeze. Short walk to the beach. Nice spacious pools. If the property is available we would stay again.

305 Good, Not Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not rent unit 305 again. The master bedroom is on the front of the condo and we heard noise from other guests walking thru the breezeway as well as slamming doors and honking horns from cars on the street. The unit is not furnished to a high standard. Cheap linens, cheap towels, cheap furnishings. More Motel 6 than like the Ritz. We have stayed at AQUA several times and there are many other nice units frim which I will choose next time.

One sink in the master bath would not work.3. The bunk beds have no doors and are right next to (inside basically) the kitchen. 4. Not enough towels or blankets.The positive for this unit is the location to the sky bridge. But not enough reason to book this unit. Way overpriced for what you get. Skip this one.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed in condition of condo. The carpet had been cleaned the day we moved in, still wet and not clean. As it dried it looked worse.Bathrooms had mild in some corners, 302 ndbathroommissing shower hooks. Chairs were very uncomfortable.Mattress pads need replacing, we brought own bedding .the pool should be heated. The days that we could be outside to get some sun the pool was much to cool. An indoor pool is just not satisfactory.On a positive the staff were wonderful. Anything not to our satisfaction they did try to remedy. We got a new tv as the small non digital one was not working. They improvised a stand to hold the large tv. Immediately replaced coffee pot that did not work.The washer took a very long time for one left ad.

The fridge leaked on to the kitchen floor entire stay. Location is great, I have stayed at the Aqua many times.
