Nichée au milieu des vignes et des collines boisées, à proximité du charmant village de Plan-de-la-Tour, cette villa est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter du calme de la campagne française.

Lovely escape

A hidden gem close to the charming village of Plan de la Tour and only 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sainte Maxime. The villa has a lovely feel with a secluded and safe garden. I highly recommend the villa to all families.

Dreamy time in Plan de la Tour

Our aim was to recreate family holidays I. Provence we used to take with my father. Courtesy of a superior pool, amazing (new!) furnishings, comfortable air conditioning in each room as needed, we definitely surpassed all prior experiences! The house is both chic and super functional. The views and color hues at sunset and sunrise are endless. And we were even able to fulfill our tennis urges at the 7 minutes away PdlT Tennis Club for ten euros an hour ;) Merci, Michiel! On se voit l’annee prochaine!

We really enjoyed our vaccation at plan de la tour, the house is great with a very big garden and a great view. We had the opportunity to go to the beaches nearby almost everyday.

Beautiful secluded hillside villa close to seaside

Very clean, well maintained family home, recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard. Very well equipped, modern fixtures and fittings. Lovely private pool in secluded position with fabulous views. Close to Plan de la Tour, Ste Maxime and St Tropez for excursions and beaches. Great location, great experience with hosts.

Very Nice Mas in Plan de la Tour

Lovely Mas in Plan de la Tour which is ideal to spend time in the south of France, to visit the little villages or the beaches of the cote d'Azur. Ideal for families, peaceful environment and very comfortable house. The owner is great. Will happily return!

Stylish villa setlled in a beautiful and peaceful countryside

We have enjoyed our 1 week stay in Belle Colline villa. The house has everything you need and is a good base for exploring the stylish ancient places around plus the beautiful beaches, the closest is 15 min drive away. In September, the touristic locations are not so crowded so you can have quite peaceful times. Plan de la Tour has many restaurants with delicious food, you dont need to cook by yourself, it would be a shame not to taste all the special food outside ! Thanks for the service provided by the owner and hospitality! Looking forward to being back soon.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the beautiful villa, Belle Colline. The property is surrounded by vineyards and is nestled near a lovely, quiet little village. The surroundings are very serene, but the glitz and glamour of St Tropez and other Cote d'Azur hotspots are not far away. We liked the decor in the house and especially appreciated the pool house and barbecue. Another plus was the child proof gate around the swimming pool. The owner thoughtfully provided notes on near by restaurants and day trips and the house manager was very prompt in answering our calls. All in all, a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to going back next year.

Stunning Villa - perfect location

We have been fortunate enough to find and stay at Belle Colline for the past two years. The villa is simply amazing; beautiful location and remote but not so remote that you can't get to the nearest town, Plan de la Tour, within a few minutes by car. You must have a car to stay here and it is around an hours journey from Nice airport so very convenient. On both occasions, we stayed with a group of friends and used the main house and the out house for sleeping in - both were fantastic. The owners have thought of everything - Sonos, DVD's, games, books, English TV and an outside poolside which has a fridge and BBQ and a well equipped kitchen with every possible utensil you would need. Thoroughly recommended - we hope to return again soon.

Fantastic break in tranquil setting

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings at this property. The house has everything you need and more and has been designed with great care and attention to detail and to a very high standard. Ideal for an adults only or family break. The views and sunsets over the nearby hills are fantastic and we liked nothing better to sit outside on the patio or by the heated pool enjoying the local wine and cuisine. The setting is perfect and the nearby town of Plan-de-la-Tour offers a quintessential French experience with great local restaurants and friendly and welcoming people. The beaches of the Côte d'Azur are only a short drive away and there's no shortage of interesting places to visit and soak up the atmosphere. We will definitely look to return in the future to this wonderful property.

My family and I stayed at Belle Colline in September 2011 and we had an amazing holiday. Belle Colline is perfectly located in the vinyards near Plan de la tour with delightful gardens surrounding the house. We loved picking figs right from the tree! The house and cottage has been remodeled to a very high standard and beautifully furnished with antiques and french painted furniture. We were extremely comfortable during our stay (every detail thought of by the owners) and plan to return next year. It really felt like a home away from home and we would not hesitate recommending it to others.

Belle Colline

Just finished a wonderful holiday at Belle Colline. Beautifully furnished and wonderful outdoor areas including lovely swimming pool, boule piste and dining area. Very well located for exploring the local area, including local town of Plan de la Tour, St Tropez and the hilltop villages. The villa is full of child-friendly toys, books, films and music and has all the equipment to make the villa a true home-from-home experience. The villa was clean and very well looked after, with all sorts of extra help available if required, such as private caterers, etc. We will return!

Wonderful house partially air conditioned

We had a nice stay in Plan de la Tour, the house is beautifully decorated, has air-condition in two of the four bedrooms of the main house. The separated guesthouse is air conditioned. The pool area is wonderful and the pool is beautiful and big (but not for diving since only 150cm deep). The owner/manager were very helpful with our few issues , therefore thank you again. Plan de la Tour is a nice little village with restaurant and small supermarket options 10 minutes (by car ) away from St.Maxime.

My perfect 30’s birthday week

We were at Belle colline for one week to celebrate my 30’s birthday with family and friends. We were 9 people which is the perfect amount of people there. I could not have imagined it to be more perfect. The property, the pool, the house but especially the terrace is an absolut highlight and stole our hearts! We definitely want to come back to this magical place but then for 2 weeks ♥️ Stephan was super nice from the first conversation on and gave us super nice tips! Pip was always available for any questions and super helpful aswell!! Thank you guys for making my 30’a birthday unforgettable!!!

Perfect!

We recently stayed here and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Since having our children (2 daughters aged 1yr and 3yr) we have only stayed at all inclusive resorts but this Villa had been recommended to us and it has exceeded all our expectations. The Villa itself has been decorated to a high standard and has a wonderfully welcoming feel immediately as you arrive. The place is spotlessly clean and has all the mod cons you would ever wish to have - like a home from home. The pool temperature is maintained so and early evening dip was always possible. All aspects of the house have been carefully thought through so you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. Our children loved the pool and we managed a couple of days at the beach as all the local points of interest are so easliy accessible. I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Family Wedding in St Tropez

We cannot say enough about Belle Colline! It took our breath away and we cannot wait to return! It was home base for our first trip to the Cote d'Azur and this house MADE our vacation! Our friends still talk about it a year later. The owners are so helpful, kind and easy to deal with. We traveled with 4 young children and 5 adults. Everyone felt like a King/Queen. Everything was sparkling clean, well appointed and luxurious. The owners have done a fantastic job of making this home very child friendly and group friendly...happy kids = happy parents. This was truly a grand oasis within a short skip to Plan de la Tour. The Village is so cute and has everything you could really need. Thank you so much for making our vacation so special.

Fantastic home to have full experience of Southern France

My husband and I stayed at Belle Colline's Maison last year in May and this time in double bedroom in the main house. It's so spacious and it has everything you need for a fantastic vacation in South of France. Heated pool and the pool house (with fridge etc) is perfect for relaxing during the day with a glass of champagne, and we saw a beautiful sunset over the nearby hills from there. There are several patios with some shades by trees and plants, it's perfect for having breakfast in the mild sun, playing with your children or reading a book. In the evening, we enjoyed delicious meal cooked by private chef in the beautiful main dining area. All the lighting and interiors are so carefully planned, it makes the dinner time so romantic…the whole house has warm, friendly atmosphere and I loved that about this house. I strongly recommend this place for couples seeking for special romantic/relaxing holiday or family with children!

Great family friendly home!

We had a wonderful time at Belle Colline and got to feel what life in a real French village would feel like. Stephen was incredibly helpful in planning all the little details (including sending photos of the baby items available!) and in planning our day trips/activities. Pip, the house manager, really saved our vacation, by connecting us to a doctor in a small medical emergency. The house is located 20-30 minutes from a number of quaint hill towns, so you can do a number of day trips. However, The approach to the house is a bit bumpy due to the dirt road, so beware if anyone in your party gets motion sickness. Once you are in the house, there are toys and books for kids, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of explore on the property. We even used rosemary from the garden to cook our last meal at the home. Paradise!

The Belle Colline is a little piece of paradise and we cannot wait to return. We were excited about our stay based on the stunning photos on the site and from all the help and recommendations from Stephen and Jill. The property is even more beautiful than you expect, nestled between the vineyards and with stunning views all around. It’s an extremely peaceful setting, which provides for a very relaxing holiday. As others have commented, the property has been renovated with the utmost care, every detail has been thought of to ensure a perfect stay. There’s really something for everyone at the Belle Colline. If you want to head out for an excursion to the local villages, Plan de La Tour is about a 30 minutes drive to many interesting towns and beaches. It’s also great to do the short drive to St Maxime and take the ferry over to St Tropez. You can also decide to stay at the house, enjoying the idyllic pool, preparing a delicious lunch (after visiting the local markets or picking up the essentials in Plan de la Tour) or playing a game of petanque. We can’t wait to go back!

An Amazing Property

We had an amazing stay at Belle Colline. Pip the property manager was incredibly helpful and kind when we had a problematic journey to the villa (no fault of Belle Colline). We were sent a villa pack in advance which gave a tonne of useful information as well. The backdrop and views are incredible and the villa has everything you need to really enjoy your stay. The pool area is particularly nice with the BBQ set up. The only slight downside for us was that it is rather remote. We hadn't fully appreciated this and the fact that taxis in St Tropez are a nightmare. We were lucky enough to find a driver that accommodated us for the whole week, giving us lifts to and from the villa. As such I would highly recommend you get a care rental sorted or arrange taxis in advance of your stay. It's worth noting this is note a Belle Colline problem (it was our naivety of travel in the area) , it's just advice for anyone staying. All in all, highly recommend this amazing villa!!

Family with 1 child + friends

My husband and I stayed at Belle Colline for a week in May 2011 with a friend and another couple. We also brought our 1 year old daughter with us. We hired a car at Nice airport and were safely installed at Belle Colline in less than an hour. The property itself is exactly as it appears in the photos: clean, tidy and very spacious. There is also a lovely family feel to the place, and it is well stocked with everything you need including necessities for young babies. The pool area and pool house are fantastic for playing in, cooking on the BBQ or just relaxing on a lounger with a book. The surrounding countryside is very appealing and a 30 minute walk brings you into the idyllic hamlet town of Plan de la Tour. There is also a large Carrefour supermarket about 15 minutes drive from the villa where you will find everything you need for your stay. Grimaud is about a 45 minute drive away as is St. Tropez and St. Maxime, all three being great places to visit on a day trip. I would highly recommend Belle Colline as a holiday destination and hope to return there this year.

An unforgettable month at Belle Colline! Perfect for small kids, romance, rose wine and pure relaxat

Thank you for an incredible five weeks at Belle Colline! it is a home away from home, perfect for small children with every single comfort to please any whim. The house is immaculately designed by a knowing eye, with attention to detail without losing out on being practical, from the fridge in the pool house to the four different dining areas to fit any weather condition and seat 10 people. The property is highly recommendable to those with children as the little ones can roam around freely in complete safety, the pool is fenced and the house is on one floor without steps or hazards. The kitchen is fully equipped with plastic plates and cutlery, high chairs, foot stools- the works. Perfect for travelling light. Having said that, this is equally ideal an place for a romantic evening or ten... sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set behind the mountains and over the vineyards. Only 30 mins away from the shopping, dining and glamour of St Tropez and 5 minutes drive from scenic Plan de la Tour, this is the perfect base from which to explore Var, Provence and the Cote d'Azure. We will be back and wish we could keep Belle Colline a secret!
