Welcome to our modern, spacious flat in the heart of Wellington, a historic market town. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to the bus station, it's perfect for commuters and travellers. Close to Princess Royal Hospital, it's ideal for longer stays or those relocating. The flat features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a newly fitted shower room with a luxurious double-length shower. Enjoy a stylish, convenient stay with your own private parking!

Welcome to our charming and spacious second-floor flat, offering a bright and airy retreat in the heart of Wellington. Large windows provide stunning views of the historic church and surrounding green spaces, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.

Enjoy the convenience of an allocated parking space in a secure parking area, accessible via electric shutter doors and reserved just for you.
Additional public parking is available a short walk away.

1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both featuring hotel-quality linen and freshly laundered towels for a restful night’s sleep.
A double sofa bed in the lounge provides additional space for children or extra guests.

A newly refurbished shower room with a luxurious double-length shower and complimentary hotel-style toiletries.
🍽 Open-Plan Living:
There are steps down into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing anything from quick snacks to home-cooked meals.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is is a Morrisons Supermarket a few minutes walk away.
Other Details To Note - Check in and out times
‘Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule’

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
