Upon entering, a thoughtful welcome station greets you, complete with a comprehensive home manual with local insights and personalised recommendations.



The main hallway leads to an elegant living room with calm lighting, soothing colours and textures. Two comfortable sofas invite you to relax and enjoy one of the many books on offer or watch your favourite programme on the large smart TV. A quality workstation and strong internet connection also allow you to mix a little business with pleasure when required.

The high-quality kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and has ample worktop space so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.

The main bedroom connects to a beautiful, designer bathroom with double hand basins and large walk-in shower. The apartment forms part of a quiet residential build that offers views over the Rambla. Guests must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.



Before making your reservation, please note the following to ensure your safety and that of the property:

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.

A credit card pre-authorization of 500€ is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.

In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist tax of 1€ per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€ per person.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.
