It’s furnished with a comfortable two-seat sofa, a single sofa, a SmartTV, and a side table, making it the perfect place to unwind with a cup of coffee. From here, you can access a large terrace that fills the space with natural light. It also features a dining table with chairs for 6 guests, ideal for enjoying a meal or simply sharing special moments.
>Kitchen: Fully equipped, with a spacious breakfast bar and two stools, creating the perfect setting to cook and share with family or friends. The open-plan design connects the kitchen with the living room and terrace, creating an ideal atmosphere for socializing and enjoyment.
>Terrace: The apartment features two terraces, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor. The ground-floor terrace is the perfect spot to relax outdoors, enjoy a meal, or simply take in the surroundings. It is furnished with a table and chairs for six people, as well as sofas and an additional table for extra comfort. This terrace is accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms.
The second terrace, located on the first floor, is a private space belonging to the master bedroom, offering an intimate outdoor retreat.

*Os estaremos esperando para daros las llaves. El check-in está disponible de 4 pm a 9 pm. Después de las 9 pm se cobra un adicional de 40€ hasta las 11 pm, y de 60€ hasta las 00hs. Fuera de este horario por favor consultanos por disponibilidad y tarifa. Por favor avisad con 24hs de antelación vuestro horario de llegada para asegurarnos de que alguien os estará esperando y podáis ingresar al piso. Si llegáis con una hora de retraso de la hora prevista tendrá un recargo de 25€.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*No aceptamos grupos de adolescentes o huéspedes menores de edad sin compañía de adultos. La edad mínima para reservar es de 25 años.
*Sábanas y toallas incluidas en la tarifa. Brindamos toallas solo para el número de huéspedes, de necesitar más tendrán un costo adicional. No brindamos toallas para la playa.
*Transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto disponible, consultad disponibilidad y costos.
*La piscina solo está abierta algunos meses al año. Por favor consultar disponibilidad de la piscina para las fechas elegidas. Por favor, tener en cuenta que, debido a la sequía, las fechas de apertura de las piscinas pueden verse afectadas.
*Vuestra estancia incluye una limpieza final básica. Si el piso está demasiado sucio se cobrará un extra de €24.20€ por hora.



*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* The pool is only open a few months a year. Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
