From the driveway in the gated community, you enter into the large living room which flows onto a covered patio for dinning and relaxing. There is a pool with space for relaxing. The ground level also has the kitchen and a guest bedroom, separate bathroom that doubles as a powder room.

On the first floor, there are two large en suite bedrooms with connected balconies. There are sea views from this level. The roof deck hosts a plunge pool and lounge chairs . Perfect location to relax and capture the sea views. The community of Mullins Bay has a wellness Spa and a communal swimming pool.
